Connect Instagram to your business page
So everything we post lands on your business page, Angela & Eric Carden, Lehigh Valley & Poconos PA Real Estate, and never on your personal Facebook.
- Log into Facebook, click your profile photo in the top right, click See all profiles and pick your business page
- Click the page's profile photo in the top right, then Settings & privacy, then Settings
- Under Permissions, click Linked accounts, then Instagram
- If it already shows @angiesellspa, you're set. If not, click Connect account and follow the steps. If Instagram asks you to switch to a professional account, say yes
Stop posts going to your personal profile
- Go to your profile, tap the menu in the top right, then Accounts Center, Connected experiences and Sharing across profiles
- Tap @angiesellspa. If your personal Facebook profile is listed as a place it shares to, tap it and turn those toggles off
Facebook and Instagram access
We work as your partner in Meta Business Suite, the way agencies are meant to, so you can see and remove our access any time. You need a Meta business portfolio for this. If you don't have one yet, text me and we'll set it up together.
- In Meta Business Suite, go to Settings
- Under Users, click Partners, then Add, then Give a partner access to your assets
- Enter R0BATO's business portfolio ID. I'll text it to you
- Pick your Facebook business page and @angiesellspa, choose the access level, then click Assign assets
Google Business Profile
- Go to business.google.com and open your profile, Valor Realty Angela Carden
- Open the More menu, then Business Profile settings, then People and access
- Click the add-person icon at the top left and enter r0bato@robatomedia.com
- Under Access, choose Manager, then click Invite
Your YouTube channel
We didn't find a real estate channel of yours, so this starts with making one in your name. Skip the first box if you already have one you want to use.
- On a computer, sign in to YouTube, open your channel list, click Create a new channel, pick the name and photo, then click Create channel
- Open YouTube Studio and go to Settings, then Permissions
- Click Invite, enter r0bato@robatomedia.com, choose Manager and send it. If YouTube first asks you to move the channel to channel permissions, say yes
Your website
- In Squarespace, open Settings, then Permissions & Ownership
- Click Invite Contributor
- Enter Rob Lopez and r0bato@robatomedia.com, turn on the permission to edit the website, then click Invite
- While you're in Settings, check Domains: the SSL setting is the one fix that stays with you
Steps follow Meta's, Google's and Squarespace's own help pages as of October 8, 2026. If a menu looks different on your screen, text me and we'll do it together.
