A shoot day at your listings
Every quarter, $700 a month

Your best Reels have you in them. The plan puts you on camera on a schedule, so the pool jump stops being a one-off. One shoot day each quarter, four to six hours at your listings, your office or wherever gives us the most to post. We film it, then edit and post from it all quarter, at least two posts a week, three YouTube videos and two new website pages a quarter, and tune the feed every week, for $700 a month.

Where you start

People watch you

Your four newest Reels drew 2,262 to 5,208 views on 801 followers, as Instagram counted them on October 5, 2026. Each has you, Eric or the family in it. The pool jump at 2101 Schroettner Circle is the listing version of the same thing. What's Already Working has the full list.

The plan in one line: you already have the personality and the listings. We bring the schedule, the camera and the edit.
What a shoot day covers

One day, four to six hours

The shoot day is the core of the plan. You get one each quarter, and everything below comes out of it.

1

The shoot day

Each shoot day is four to six hours. We plan the stops with you: active listings, your office, a closing, a spot in town. Whatever gets the most out of the day, lined up around your showings.

2

You on camera

At every house you do one bit and one walkthrough, and Eric joins when he is free. Every line is written ahead of time on the shoot plan. Nobody memorizes a script.

3

The B-roll

Between takes we film the house itself: the rooms, the details, the yard and the street. That footage feeds the listing Reel now and the just-sold post later.

4

Publishing

We edit, caption and post to your Instagram and your Facebook business page through Meta Business Suite, so each post goes to both, at least two posts a week, on a schedule we set with you at kickoff. You approve the quarter's plan before we film.

5

Weekly feed work

Every week we tune your feed on each platform with the engagement tactics that fit it: timing, hooks, captions, covers and comments.

6

Profiles that send people to your website

Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, your Google profile, your Facebook business page, LinkedIn and review sites like Angi and Birdeye all point to your website, with the same name, brokerage and phone number. We also help you ask recent clients for reviews on Zillow and those sites.

7

Long-form YouTube

Three longer videos each quarter, filmed on the shoot day, on topics like living in the Lehigh Valley, first-time buyers and moving to Pennsylvania. We edit, title and post them to a YouTube channel in your name, and cut Shorts from them.

8

Your website

In month one we fix the basics on angiesellspa.com: page titles and descriptions, headings, photo descriptions, a tap-to-call number and the right Instagram link. Then two new pages each quarter, like your reviews or the towns you serve, with each YouTube video on a matching page. You approve every new page. The SSL setting, your Squarespace plan and your domain stay with you.

Your listing photographer keeps their job. MLS photos, drone and 360 tours stay with them. We handle the video and the posting.
Paid advertising is not in here. If you run ads later, the ad accounts stay yours and the platform bills your card directly.

The questions you'd ask

What does the $700 a month cover?

One shoot day each quarter, four to six hours at your listings, your office or anywhere that gives us the most to post. At least two posts a week on Instagram and your Facebook business page. Three long-form YouTube videos a quarter from the shoot day. Website fixes in month one, then two new pages a quarter. Weekly feed work with engagement tactics on each platform. The editing, the captions and the setup work on your profiles. Month one is setup, and the first shoot day can be any time before December 18.

I already post a lot. What changes?

Keep your home-life posts. They are why people watch. We add listing content at least twice a week on a schedule, and we fix the links so viewers can get to your website.

Do I have to stop posting my own stuff?

No. Keep posting the family, the house projects and your day. Our posts slot in around them.

Do I upload the videos myself?

No. We post to Instagram and your Facebook business page with manager access. You keep posting stories day to day.

How long is the commitment?

One quarter at a time. It renews each quarter unless either of us gives notice at least 14 days before the quarter ends. Near the end of each quarter we look back at the last 90 days and plan the next one.

Do we have to drop our photographer?

No. Your MLS photos, drone and 360 tours stay with whoever does them now. We do the video and the posting, and we can film the same day they shoot.

What about the sellers?

Their OK comes first. It is on the checklist for every house, and nothing filmed inside a home goes up without it.

Do the boys have to be on camera?

Only when you say so. You tell us yes, no or case by case on the answers page.

Who owns the accounts and the footage?

You do. Your Instagram, your Facebook page, your YouTube channel, your website and every file we shoot stay in your names. We work with manager access, and you hold the keys.

Do we approve every post?

You approve the quarter's plan and topics, and posts go out on schedule. If you ever want something taken down, it comes down within one business day.

Will you promise more listings?

No. Sales depend on the market and on the people watching, so I don't promise them. What I promise is the work, on schedule, and an honest re-score at the end of each quarter.

What about my website?

We don't rebuild it. We fix the basics in month one, add two new pages a quarter and put each YouTube video on a matching page. We also point Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, your Google profile, Facebook and LinkedIn at it. The site stays on your Squarespace account, and the SSL setting, the plan and the domain stay with you.

Can we use our buyers' stories?

Yes, with their OK. I will go first. I bought my first house with you, and I am happy to be the first buyer story.

The rate and terms go into a written agreement before the first shoot day. View counts are as shown on Instagram on October 5, 2026.
