Two shoot days a month
Both brands on camera every week

We would run four pages for you: The Floor Source and Home Source, each on Instagram and Facebook. That means at least two shoot days a month, two posts a week for each brand, and both Google profiles kept active. On The Floor Source's account, the reels with your people in them already get the most views, so that is where the plan starts. Pricing we go over together in person.

Where you start

Reels with your people in them get the views

Your eight newest reels on @thefloorsourceinc, as Instagram counted them on October 1, 2026: four with your people on camera drew 1,599 to 4,724 views. A fifth, the Build & Burn Block Party skit, drew 9,069, but it is a collab posted by Build & Burn, so that count includes their audience too. The three with nobody on camera, two finished-project reveals and a job teaser, drew 378 to 646. The account has 221 followers, so the people reels reach well past them. The Launch Roadmap lists all eight.

The plan in one line: you already have the people and the jobs. We bring the schedule, the camera and the edit, so all four pages post every week.
What a month includes

A shoot day for each brand

Everything below comes out of at least two shoot days each month, one for The Floor Source and one for Home Source. Your people talk about the work they already do. We handle the camera, the audio, the questions and the edit.

1

Production

At least two shoot days a month. The Floor Source day covers the showroom and a live install, and a one-day install can be filmed start to finish. The Home Source day follows a remodel at whatever stage it is in, so each job becomes a series over the months it runs. When a job and the showroom line up, one day can cover both brands, but the plan never counts on it. Every day runs off a written shot list and run of show, and the first one is already drafted in the Content Shoot Plan.

2

Publishing

Four pages maintained: The Floor Source and Home Source, each on Instagram and Facebook. Two posts a week for each brand, edited and captioned by us. Pieces that fit both brands go out as collabs, so one post lands on both grids. A floor job posts on The Floor Source, a remodel posts on Home Source.

3

Google Business Profiles

A post a week on each profile and fresh photos after every shoot day. For Home Source, we write the review request and set up the link, and your team sends it after every finished job.

4

YouTube

One explainer a month, built from an article your websites already published, with short cuts from the same footage for Reels and Shorts.

Raw footage included, at no extra charge. Every shoot day's footage is yours, not only the finished cuts. If we ever part ways, the whole library goes with you.
What is deliberately not in here: paid advertising. Ad spend never sits inside the retainer. If you run Meta or Google ads later, the ad accounts stay yours, the platform bills your card directly, and there is no markup.
The split

Who does what

Somebody already posts for you, and the person who answers a customer's question should be someone in your building. Here is the split.

The investment

Pricing, in person

We walk through it together
Month to month, at least two shoot days a month, four pages maintained

Read the scope first. When it looks right, we sit down and go over the number, the start date and anything you want changed.

How we start

Your first two weeks

Access and phone numbers first, so nothing we post points people to the wrong place. Then the camera comes out.

Days 1–3

Kickoff and access

Manager access to both Instagram accounts, both Facebook pages, both Google profiles and the YouTube channel. One main phone number confirmed for each brand.

Days 3–7

Front doors

The strongest reels pinned on each grid, bios lined up, and both Google profiles checked for services, photos and hours.

Days 7–14

First shoot days

A Floor Source day with Jordon and Aidan at the showroom, and a Home Source day with John, starting with the church walkthrough if the church agrees.

Then

First posts

The introduction series starts on all four pages, and the first explainer goes up on YouTube.

If you ever need more

Add-ons

Extra shoot days

  • Showroom events, commercial jobs and community days, as flat add-ons.
  • Booked when you need them, never required.

Long-form project films

  • A full walkthrough film of a big remodel, for YouTube and your website.
  • Quoted per project, separate from the monthly work.
Straight answers

Common questions

Is this a long contract?
No. Month to month.
Who owns the accounts and the footage?
You do. Both Instagram accounts, both Facebook pages, both Google profiles, the YouTube channel and every file we shoot stay in your names. We work with manager access, and you hold the keys.
What about the person who posts for you now?
They keep their seat. Production and the posting schedule come off their plate, and stories, comments and DMs stay in-house.
Do we have to approve every post?
No. You approve the month's plan and topics, and posts go out on schedule. If you ever want something taken down, it comes down within one business day, no questions asked.
Do we have to be on camera?
Some of you, yes. On your own account, the reels with people in them get the most views. The shoot plan writes out every question ahead of time, and nobody memorizes anything.
Do you replace our website company?
No. Your web team keeps your sites and your articles. We hand them finished video and photos for the pages and posts they already run.
Why bring YouTube back?
Your carpet padding video went up three years ago and still shows about 24,000 views. One explainer a month gives your articles a video version on YouTube, ready for your web team to embed on the article page.
How it works

We run it, you keep the keys

You own it all

  • Accounts, profiles, the channel and the full footage library, all in your names.
  • Manager access for us. The keys stay with you.
  • Nothing held back if we ever part ways.

What changes

  • Your people on camera every week, not now and then.
  • Every job we film goes out on the brand that did it.
  • One article a month turned into a video.

This is a services proposal. Pricing, terms and the start date are set together in person. View counts are as shown on Instagram and YouTube on October 1, 2026.

Ready when you are

Read it through, then let's pick dates for the first two shoot days. The church walkthrough your September 18 post set up is a strong place to start.
