Launch Roadmap
Prepared for Ian Ross · Health Coverage · Lehigh Valley into NEPA

Zero to findable
In the right order

The full sequence from where things stand today to a working local brand engine. Each phase makes the next one worth more, and nothing publishes before the compliance gate clears.

The sequence

Phase by phase

Phase 0
Week 1

The compliance gate

GOAL: KNOW THE RULES BEFORE WRITING A WORD
  • Get the USHEALTH marketing guidelines and approval path in writing
  • Confirm what's allowed: personal domain, Google profile, review invitations, video topics
  • Set the content lane: educational only, no plan names, no savings claims
  • Proof the ceiling is high: your inspiration runs all of it under the same license
Phase 1
Week 1–2

Identity fixes

GOAL: THE TOP RESULT FOR YOUR NAME STOPS WORKING AGAINST YOU
  • LinkedIn rebuilt: recruiter role resolved, headline with niche + territory, real headshot
  • One consistent bio, photo and phone across every profile that exists
  • Accounts created in your name: domain, Google, review tooling
Phase 2
Week 2–3

The home base

GOAL: A REFERRAL'S SEARCH ENDS AT A SITE YOU OWN
  • Marketta build delivered at a live URL: full site, your brand, town pages, schema
  • You review the finished thing before paying anything
  • One CTA everywhere: book a call with Ian
  • Compliance pass on all copy before launch
Phase 3
Week 2–4

The Google layer

GOAL: ON THE MAP WHERE EVERY market peer ALREADY IS, ONCE PHASE 0 CLEARS IT
  • Google Business Profile created and verified for the Allentown office, pending the practitioner-eligibility and company-rules check from Phase 0
  • The confused listing at your own address stops being what referrals find
  • First compliant review invitations to eligible clients
  • Profile filled: services, photos, hours, booking link
Phase 4
Week 4–6

The content engine

GOAL: THE ONE FINDABLE, WATCHABLE AGENT IN YOUR MARKETS
  • Shoot #1: the "Meet Your Agent" anchor plus the first batch of long-form and clip-ready moments
  • Your origin story on camera, the single most reusable asset you'll own
  • Quarterly cadence begins: one shoot day banked into a long-form every two weeks and a weekly post, edited and compliance-routed
Phase 5
Ongoing

Distribution & measurement

GOAL: LOCAL GRAVITY FIRST, EVERYTHING ELSE FREE
  • Long-form on YouTube is the anchor: your name search, evergreen local questions, and the source every clip is cut from
  • Facebook & Instagram Reels for local reach, YouTube Shorts and GBP posts to feed your name, TikTok as free syndication
  • Quarterly report: search visibility, profile actions, booked calls
  • Review cadence maintained until you're the obvious local answer
Why this order: identity before home base, home base before Google, Google before content. Each phase is what makes the next one convert. Running it backwards, content first with nowhere findable to land, is the mistake most agents make.
Before we publish

The compliance checklist

Phase 0 in one place. Most of this is a short note to your USHEALTH compliance desk, and it is the gate everything else waits on. Nothing goes live until these are answered, so the sooner we have them, the sooner the rest of the roadmap starts.

1The approval path

Who signs off, and how fast
  • The USHEALTH marketing guidelines and approval process, in writing
  • Name and email of the compliance contact or upline we route work through
  • Whether website, video, social and the Google profile each need pre-approval, and the typical turnaround

2What we can say

The lane every video and page stays inside
  • Which product types you sell: ACA major-medical, fixed-benefit or indemnity, or both, so nothing is ever framed as more than it is
  • Words and claims compliance prohibits, and any approved talking points we can build from
  • Required disclosures and the title you may use, plus whether your NPN or license number must appear
  • Whether client testimonials and reviews are allowed, and any disclaimer that goes with them

3Where and to whom

Territory and the Google profile question
  • The states you are licensed in, so the site and content only invite work where you can take it
  • Whether the Google Business Profile runs under the USHEALTH name or your own agent name

4Website and social rules

The Marketta site and your channels
  • Whether the Marketta site is pre-approved, and if its content still needs separate sign-off
  • Required consent wording on the quote form for calls and texts, and any privacy language
  • The USHEALTH social media policy, and whether we build around a business page or your personal profile
Why this comes first: every asset in this roadmap is educational and routed for review, so knowing the rules up front is what lets us move fast later instead of reworking finished pieces. If a rule closes a door, the fallback is already built in.
Why it works

Everything is yours

Owned, not rented

  • Domain, site, Google profile, reviews, content library: all in your name.
  • Assets that outlast any carrier relationship.
  • The corporate microsite disappears if you ever leave. This doesn't.

Built for your model

  • Referral business, so the system optimizes the ten seconds after someone gets your name.
  • Local first: no national ad spend, no rented leads, no travel costs.
  • Scales to new states later if you add non-resident licenses.
The moat

The Google Business Profile playbook

Pennsylvania doesn't get Local Services Ads for insurance, so the profile and review base are your version of the moat, and they're the entry requirement if the LSA door ever opens here. One honest condition: this whole playbook runs only after the Phase 0 gate confirms practitioner eligibility and USHEALTH's rules allow it. The pattern is proven, individual health agents at HealthMarkets run these listings in both Pennsylvania and Florida, but your rulebook gets the final word. This is the working checklist for when it clears.

1Stand it up

Weeks 2–3 · one-time
  • Practitioner listing for the Allentown office, real address, correct category
  • Verification completed, services and coverage areas defined
  • Photos, hours, direct line and the book-a-call link live

2Fill it with proof

Weeks 3–8 · the compounding part
  • Compliant invitations to eligible clients, one by one, neutral wording
  • Every review answered, every question in Q&A claimed
  • First ten reviews live: ahead of where most of the Local Field started

3Keep it alive

Ongoing · inside the quarterly package
  • Weekly posts from the content library so the profile never looks dormant
  • Fresh photos each shoot, seasonal angles, event coverage
  • If PA ever opens LSA for insurance: screening starts day one, first in line
And if the rulebook says no: nothing collapses. Reviews and testimonials live on the website's proof wall instead, the content engine and LinkedIn carry findability for your name, and the office's existing listing gets coordinated instead of a new one. The plan loses one asset, not its spine.

Roadmap dates assume the compliance gate clears in week one; carrier review timelines can shift phases without changing the order. Educational content only, subject to the applicable compliance review before publication.
