June 3: gutted to the studs, Kamil on camera on the porch and in the front room (Osmo clips 0244 to 0250, 0259), plus one drone clip of the house (DJI_0055)
July 24: drywall and floors in, plus drone of the roof (Sony "MT POCONO RENO", drone "MT POCONO FLIP"). Confirmed 19 Oak: the July drone flew from the same GPS point as the June drone, and the Sony files are timed between those flights.
Today: finished

One long walkthrough is the base. The 3 shorts are cut from it, so nothing extra is filmed for them. The 2 skits are filmed on their own and refresh the before🔑 and after⚡ highlights on the PCHB Instagram profile.

19 Oak St, before and after

January, June, July, today. Room by room, each stage cuts into the next from the same spot. Kamil tells the story in his own words between rooms.

Open (0:00–0:15): Kamil on the porch in June (clip 0244), then Kamil on the same spot today. Then the E1 before photo cut to today.
Kamil at the front walk: his answer to "What did this house look like the day you got it?"
Room by room: outside, main floor, lower level. Each room is before photo, cut, after push-in, then 1 to 3 detail shots of what changed.
Kamil inside: "What did you change, and why?" placed in the room he's talking about.

Every photo on the left was taken before. Every one on the right is today.

The day we got it

Kamil's June clip from the gutted front room, then his answer today, over the before photos, then one reveal at the end.

Most people would have walked away from this house.

Use this opener only if Kamil says something like it on camera. His June line is on file (clip 0248, 0:05): "Pocono Cash Home Buyers buys properties exactly like this, will deal with all the violations, all the inspectors, and buy it just as-is." Needs: J1, J2 and his first answer today.

Turn the key

The light switch

The kitchen before photo (M2) with a slow push in. Kamil's hand comes into frame at the light switch.
He flips it. On the click, cut to the after video from the same spot, lights coming on.
Repeat for 2 more rooms on 2 more flips, faster each time. End on Kamil in the kitchen. Text: "before🔑 / after⚡ in our highlights".

Film the switch flip close-up in each room, lights off then on, before the room's normal setup.

Confirm how he bought it. In June he said PCHB buys houses "exactly like this... just as-is" (clip 0248). Only what he says goes in the copy.
Is the house number OK on camera? Are the electrical panel and lower level OK to show?

Before you shoot

How to match a before photo

The pairs only work if the after looks like the same photo with the work done. Three rules cover it.

Same spot, same heightStand where the before was taken and hold the phone at the same height. The before photos are on the iPhone ultra-wide (0.5x), so use 0.5x too.

Same direction, same shapeTall before photo, tall after. Wide before, wide after. Keep the same wall, window or door at the edge of the frame.

Lights on, house cleanEvery light on, blinds and curtains open, doors in the same position as the before. Tools, ladders and trash out of frame.

Prep checklist

Phone and gimbal charged, storage cleared
This page open on a second phone or tablet to hold up next to the shot
Walk every room first and check every bulb works
Toilet seats down, counters cleared, closet doors as in the before
No people in frame. Keep the house number and street sign out unless Kamil says they're fine
Ask Kamil what changed in each room so the detail shots cover the real work

Walkthrough

One take, front door to the back of the house, then down to the lower level. Gimbal, slow walk, stop for a beat in each room. Do it twice: once wide (16:9) and once vertical (9:16). This is the base for the long version (2 min or more) and the short cuts come from it.

Room reveals

From each setup spot above, a slow push in, 6 to 8 seconds. These line up with the before photos for the before/after reel.

Outside

Walk up the stone walkway to the front door, plus a slow pass across the front of the house from E2.

Drone

If flying today, repeat the June and July drone moves from the same launch spot (June DJI_0055, July DJI_0234 to 0236) so the roof and lot get their own then-and-now.

Details

Three close details in each room that show the work: whatever Kamil says changed (floors, fixtures, paint, cabinets, lighting). Ask him on site. Don't guess.
