Deep dive · the weekly system
The Content Engine Playbook
What actually happens every week once the machine is on, the repeatable system behind the phases. Check items off as you go (saved on this device).
The two things that decide whether the audience turns into bookings aren't luck, they're consistency and a clear path to book. Everything below protects those two. Stay consistent and easy to book, and the 12K becomes reservations; go quiet or make it hard, and it stays a like.
1Capture (each quarter)
4× a year · Model A or B
- Run the capture to the Content Studio shot plan, rooms, beach, food, guests, sunsets.
- Shoot for variation, not perfection, many hooks per idea.
- Back up everything twice into the owned library before anyone leaves.
2Edit & caption
Weekly · by R0BATO
- Cut the week's clips; caption every one in English and Spanish.
- Make silent "clean" versions to ride trending audio.
- Keep the look on-brand: warm, beachy, faith & hospitality.
3Post & repurpose
WeeklyGrowth lever
- Post to TikTok on your proven cadence; repurpose winners to Reels, Facebook, YouTube.
- Never let a channel go dark, the calendar always runs a week or two ahead.
- Every post points to book direct (link in bio / site).
4Engage & review
Daily / weeklyGrowth lever
- Reply to comments & DMs (EN/ES); re-share guest posts and tags.
- Run the review ask at checkout; reply to every new review.
- Feature the best reviews & guest content as posts.
5Measure & adjust
Monthly
- Report on growth, reach, direct bookings, and covers vs. the baseline.
- Double down on what's working; retire what isn't.
- Plan next quarter's capture & any seasonal pushes (high season, events, holidays).
If you remember only two things: stay consistent across every platform, and make it dead-simple to book direct. Those two turn attention into reservations, more than any single viral video.
