The first three seconds

Six openings to film

Short lines you say straight to camera, filmed on their own so any Reel can start with one. Change the words until they sound like you. Two takes each is plenty.

Opening 1
"Your life fell apart? Good. Now build one you really want."
Adapted from your YouTube and LinkedIn headline. Before Topic 05 or over the morning tab
Opening 2
"Before you set a single goal, audit the year you just had."
Before Topic 03
Opening 3
"A coach and a therapist do different jobs. Here's the difference."
Before Topic 01
Opening 4
"Three letters my coaching is built on. A, B, C."
Before Topic 02, over the notebook
Opening 5
"My first solo trip to France taught me this."
Over the travel footage you already have
Opening 6
"If everything you do still feels like it isn't enough, start here."

Six topics, with starter answers

Four come from your own homepage, blog or captions, and two are suggestions. Each main video uses two of them, so pick your six, or swap in your own. The starter answer is a direction, not a script to memorize.

Topic 01

Coach or therapist?

Your prompt
Someone asks whether they need a coach or a therapist. What do you tell them?
Starter answer
I studied clinical psychology, so I take this question seriously. Therapy is treatment, from a licensed clinician. Coaching is about where you go from here: your goals, the beliefs in the way, and the habits that get you there. Some people need one, some need both at different times. If you're in crisis, start with a licensed professional, or call or text 988.
Supporting shots
You in the chair, the setup shot, the notebook
Keep it accurate
A suggested topic. Speak as a coach. No diagnosing, no treatment claims. 988 is the US crisis line.
Topic 02

The ABCs of coaching

Your prompt
What are the ABCs your coaching is built on?
Starter answer
A is awareness, noticing the pattern. B is beliefs, what you tell yourself about it. C is change, the small actions that build a new pattern. Most people want to jump straight to C. The work starts at A.
Supporting shots
A, B and C written in your notebook, your hands, the listening shots
Keep it accurate
Your homepage already names the ABCs. Use your own examples, never a client's.
Topic 03

Audit your year before you set goals

Your prompt
Why do you tell people to audit their year before setting new goals?
Starter answer
New Year pressure says change everything overnight. Before you add a goal, look at what this year gave you, what drained you, and what you want more of. Goals built on that list are the ones that last.
Supporting shots
A journal page with the list, planning the week, the walk
Keep it accurate
Your January 1 blog post has the full version. Pull your own lines from it.
Topic 04

When nothing feels like enough

Your prompt
What do you say to someone who does everything and still feels like it isn't enough?
Starter answer
Usually the bar keeps moving. You reach it and move it again. One place to start is writing down what you finished this week before you write what's next. Feeling enough starts with counting what you already did.
Supporting shots
Hands writing the list, a mindful minute
Keep it accurate
Advice, not promises. Your October 2024 blog post covers this, so the link goes in the caption.
Topic 05

Trusting yourself

Your prompt
What did traveling alone to France teach you?
Starter answer
In September I took my first solo trip to France. I learned I can figure things out, trust my intuition, and handle things when they don't go as planned. A new place doesn't erase what you're carrying. You still have to give yourself space to feel it and keep moving. More than anything, it reminded me I trust myself to figure it out.
Supporting shots
Your France footage, the walk, you in the chair
Keep it accurate
Built from your September reflections caption. Use your own lines from it.
Topic 06

When the business and your head blur

Your prompt
A founder tells you work and home have started to blur. Where do you start?
Starter answer
Start by separating what's yours to fix from what's just loud. Then set one boundary that protects your mornings or your evenings. Business owners carry everything, so the first win is often getting an hour of the day back.
Supporting shots
Getting ready for a session, planning the week, the listening shots
Keep it accurate
A suggested topic. Your Jay Shetty page names founders and business leaders as who you coach. Say it your way, and no client details without a written yes.
Formats to start with

Coaches doing this well right now

Real posts from coaches with audiences like yours. Four of the seven videos came from accounts with under 15,000 followers. Views were checked October 5, 2026. Borrow the format, not the words.

Video

A credential up front

@tailahcuman · Instagram Reel, August 10, 2026 · 209,600 views on an 8,500-follower account

A therapist opens by saying who she works with, then explains one pattern in plain words. One shot, captions, no music. See it (opens in a new tab)

Your version: "I studied clinical psychology, and here's what I see in high achievers…" Worded as coaching, never as therapy.

A podcast clip

@officially.jac · Instagram Reel, August 23, 2026 · 138,500 views on a 3,100-follower account

A short clip from a longer podcast conversation about achievement starting to feel like proof instead of joy, with captions on screen. See it (opens in a new tab)

A coach for women leaving corporate makes tea while short lines of text explain why high performers stay in jobs that drain them. No talking at all. See it (opens in a new tab)

Your version: your morning routine footage with one coaching idea in text. We'd use licensed music, since chart songs aren't cleared for business accounts.

In Spanish

What the day turns into
