The questions for the first call
You can answer them right in your portal and send them to me, or we go through them on the call.
Where do you meet clients?
In person around here, online, or both? Your footer says New York and Los Angeles, your card has a 570 number, and your booking page says online. The answer decides whether a Google profile makes sense and where we film.
Which title, and which brand name?
Mindset Coach, Alignment Coach or Life Transition Coach. Alignedlife, Aligned Life Oasis or Aligned Life Growth. Pick one of each and we roll them out everywhere.
Calendly or Wix Bookings?
One stays and every button points to it. Tell me which one your clients find easier.
Which credentials go on the site, and in what words?
Give me all your letters! Your degrees, the Ph.D. in progress, the Jay Shetty certification, and coaching in English and Spanish. I'll write the block. You approve every word, since it's your record.
Who do we talk to first?
Your Jay Shetty page says CEOs, founders and business leaders. Your homepage stories include a business owner and a mom. Both can work. The first quarter of posts needs one person in mind.
Solo, or with a guest?
The three main videos also go on your Spotify show, so the podcast comes back with them. Each one can be you alone or you with a guest. Who would you want first?
Which past clients would be glad to be named?
Quoted, filmed, or neither. Nobody appears without a written yes, and we never film a session.
Anything new we should know about?
A program name you use with clients, the Align AI assistant mentioned in your site's privacy policy, or a workshop coming up. If it's live, we can build posts around it.
Which three topics for the main videos?
I suggested three, built on your own words. Keep them, swap one, or bring your own.
A Spanish version?
When I searched Google for a bilingual mindset coach, no coach's own website made the first page. One main video, or a few clips, in Spanish could stand out there.
Who do you not want to sound like?
A coach, a channel or a style you'd rather stay away from. It's as useful as who you do like.

Every short post points back to its main video, and every main video ends on one next step: booking a discovery call with you. The three topics are suggestions built on your own words. You pick the final three.
The fixes from the audit. Most are text and links, so they go live before anyone films anything.
One long day at a place you pick. It covers the whole quarter, so it's longer than a normal shoot, with breaks built in. The shoot plan has the field sheets, the six topics and the run of show.
Two posts a week, every one ending on a coaching idea and one way to book. You see each post before it goes on the calendar.
Posting keeps going on the calendar. At the end, the re-score and a straight conversation about what comes next.
Start with the questions
Answer them in your portal, or take thirty minutes on a call or over coffee. The week-one fixes can start the same day.
