November Plan
Prepared for Jane Benevento · Life & Mortgage Protection · Florida

Your November plan,
built to fit your calendar

You sent a sharp plan: a $115,000 APV goal, high-intent leads only, AI handling the busywork, and you on the phone where it counts. We're keeping almost all of it. This page shows what we launch, what it can realistically produce, and the checkpoints that tell us when to spend more.

Take a breath

The goal is reachable. Just not from one source.

You already write 15–20 policies a week from your current leads, and those leads keep running. That's roughly 65–85 policies a month before we add anything. The new Facebook and Instagram engine doesn't have to carry all 115. It has to add the difference.

65–85
Policies a month at your current pace (15–20 a week, from your intake)
+15–40
Policies a month the new Meta engine can add at the $10,000 ceiling (scenarios below)
80–125
Combined range. $115K sits inside it if the pilot numbers hold.
Why not 1,920 Facebook leads? At the $10,000 ceiling, 1,920 completed forms would need to cost about $5.21 each. High-intent insurance forms with full questionnaires and text verification realistically run several times that. And at a 60% show rate, 384 bookings is about 18 a weekday, more than your calendar can hold (next section). We'd be spending your credit line on appointments you can't take.
Your current leads stay

Nothing you have now gets switched off

Your bought leads are what pays you today, so they keep running at the same pace all through November. Meta gets added next to them as a test. We only move money between the two after real numbers show which one places policies for less.

November
Keep buying leads at your current level. The $1,000 Meta pilot runs alongside them, not instead of them.
The rule for shifting money
Only after at least 2 weeks of data show one source placing policies for less. Never cut a source before its replacement is proven.
If anything gets trimmed
It's the lead tier with the worst cost per placed policy, never your A leads first. The weekly report will show us which one that is.

How AI weeds out the trash

The same system we build for Meta also works on the leads you already buy. You stop dialing dead ends and spend your calls on people who answered back.

1.
Every lead lands in one place. Bought A leads, bought B leads and Meta leads all go into one GoHighLevel pipeline, tagged by source.
2.
A text goes out within a minute. This matters most on shared B leads, where the first agent to respond usually gets the conversation. The AI says it's Jane's assistant, confirms they asked for information, and asks 2–3 quick questions: homeowner, who they want to protect, how soon.
3.
Trash gets filtered out automatically. Bad or disconnected numbers, duplicates of someone already in your pipeline, and anyone who texts STOP are removed and never contacted again. "Not interested" gets closed. No reply after 5 touches over 7 days moves to a monthly check-in list, off your call list.
4.
What's left gets scored A / B / C, the same as Meta leads. A leads go to the top of your call list and your priority calendar.
5.
Every Friday you see cost per placed policy by source: bought A, bought B and Meta, side by side. That's what tells us where your next dollar should go.
One check before AI texts any bought lead: we confirm the consent those leads gave covers automated texts from you. Florida has its own texting law (the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act) on top of the federal rules. Your upline or lead vendor can confirm it. Until then, AI only texts Meta leads who opt in on our form, and your bought leads still get the filtering, scoring and tracking, with you calling them as normal.
Capacity first

Your calendar is the real ceiling

Using the hours in your plan (Mon/Wed/Fri 9–7, Tue/Thu 9–8, Saturday capped at 3), with consults on the hour and time held back for intro calls, notes and applications:

Per weekNovember
Hourly consult slots, before admin~47~200
Realistic slots, after intro-call and admin blocks~37~155 + up to 12 Saturday slots
Attended consults your $115K plan needs (50% close)~58~230
What this means: your current leads already use part of these slots. So every new booking from Meta has to be an A-priority lead, and the AI should protect prime slots for A leads. If the pilot shows great close rates, the fix is more capacity: a second closer, an assistant handling apps, or longer consults stacked on fewer days. Not more ads.
The money

What the ad budget can realistically buy

Planning math, not a forecast. It uses your assumptions (60% show, 50% close, ~$1,000 APV) and two realistic costs per completed, qualified form. Booking rate is shown at your 20% assumption and at 35%, which is what fast AI follow-up can push it toward.

That's exactly why your $1,000 pilot is the right call. We find the real cost per form before touching the rest of the line.
The rules we have to play by

Three rules that shape the campaign

No age targeting
Insurance ads run in Meta's financial products category. Meta locks age to 18–65+, removes gender and ZIP targeting, and blocks lookalikes. Your 35–60 homeowner profile gets filtered by the ad message and the form questions, not targeting.
State-level reach
We can target whole states or metros. We'll run only the states you're licensed in. Send us that list.
Clean form, no medical
The public form never asks health questions. Eligibility and underwriting stay in your consultation. Messaging says "personal consultation, not an instant quote," and coverage is subject to carrier approval, exactly as you asked.
The funnel

How a lead moves, start to finish

1.
Ad → a "higher intent" form (Meta shows a review screen before submitting). We also test a short landing-page survey with text-code verification, because that's where true SMS verification works. The winner gets the budget.
2.
Form questions: protection type (mortgage protection, term, whole life or IUL), who they're protecting, homeowner yes/no, age range, existing coverage, working with another broker, comfortable monthly budget, how soon, and your commitment question: "If we found a policy that fits your needs and budget, would anything prevent you from applying during our call?" Plus separate call/text consent.
3.
GoHighLevel scores it A / B / C from the answers. Only verified, completed A leads see your priority calendar (next 24–48 hours). B gets AI follow-up and remaining openings. C gets education and nurture, never a prime slot.
4.
AI handles the instant text, booking, confirmation, day-before and day-of reminders, rescheduling and the opt-in waitlist. It always says it's an assistant for Jane, never gives insurance advice, and never promises approval.
5.
You make the 2–3 minute intro call in two daily call blocks. That's your personal touch, and it's the biggest no-show reducer we have.
6.
The 30–45 minute consult stays yours. Statuses run Booked → Confirmed → Attended → Application → Issued, so we track placed policies and chargebacks, not just submitted APV.
