From nothing
to a pipeline you own

The full sequence to take you from no owned marketing to your own Google, Meta, and website generating leads, without ever shutting off the income you have today.

Guiding principle: we don't shut off what's paying the bills. Your current lead flow stays on as a floor while we build the channels you own. As those prove out at a lower cost per sale, we throttle the bought leads down, never the reverse.
The build

Phase by phase

Ongoing
Keep the floor

Maintain current lead flow

Goal: zero income disruption
  • Keep buying leads at current volume until owned channels are proven.
  • Track your real numbers now: cost per lead, contact rate, close rate, cost per sale, the baseline we'll beat.
Week 1
Phase 0, Foundation

Stand up your business identity

Goal: a real, verifiable business Google & Meta will trust
  • Business entity: LLC/DBA + EIN, business bank account. Set up with your own accountant/attorney.
  • Confirm: FL license in good standing, active E&O coverage.
  • Clear the runway: confirm your Quility agreement allows you to own your own leads.
  • Basics: business name, domain, professional email, simple logo.
Weeks 1–2
Phase 1, Google base

Business Profile + review engine

Goal: the trust signals your ranking depends on
  • Create & verify your Google Business Profile as a service-area business (address hidden, FL service areas).
  • Launch a review push to past/current clients, first 5–10 reviews. The #1 ranking lever.
  • Set up a simple, repeatable "ask for a review" text.
Weeks 2–4
Phase 2, Google LSA

Launch Local Services Ads (your Florida edge)

Goal: highest-intent inbound leads
  • Sign up under "Insurance agency" (FL-eligible), verify license, earn the Google-Verified badge (start on pre-badge ads).
  • Set FL geos, budget, and lead cap; lock in a fast answer-rate plan.
  • Dispute junk leads for credits. See the full Google LSA playbook below.
Weeks 2–4
Phase 3, Speed-to-lead

CRM + instant follow-up (the multiplier)

Goal: contact every lead in under 5 minutes, ~9× better conversion
  • All-in-one CRM (GoHighLevel-style) with automated SMS in <1 min + auto-dial on every new lead.
  • Includes a dedicated business number, so leads route to your pipeline and your personal cell stays private.
  • Defined pipeline stages, TCPA-compliant consent, follow-up cadence.
  • Runs under every channel, bought, LSA, and Meta all convert better through it.
Weeks 4–8
Phase 4, Meta

Your own Facebook/Instagram ads (for volume)

Goal: cheap, exclusive, scalable lead flow
  • Business Manager + Page in your name; self-declare the Financial Products special category.
  • Compliance-safe creative (new-homeowner/family & FL imagery & headlines); leads objective → straight into the CRM.
  • Start small, optimize on cost-per-appointment/sale, then scale.
Weeks 4–8
Phase 5, Presence

Website + LinkedIn

Goal: a place ads point to, and a credible footprint
  • Conversion-focused site / landing pages (your story, booking, quote request), built fast via Marketta.io or simple & custom with R0BATO.
  • Optimize your LinkedIn so you're discoverable and credible.
Weeks 8–12+
Phase 6, Scale

Shift the budget & build referrals

Goal: owned channels become the engine
  • Compare cost-per-sale by channel against your baseline; move budget to the winners.
  • Throttle bought leads down as LSA + Meta prove out.
  • Turn closed clients into a referral + review flywheel, which feeds your Google ranking right back.
How we work together

Everything is yours

Account ownership, from day one

  • Every account, domain, Google Business Profile, LSA, Meta, CRM, is created in your name and ownership.
  • R0BATO manages them with admin access; you always hold the keys.
  • You keep every asset no matter what. It's your business, built to stay yours.

Budget, a dial you set

  • Fixed startup (entity, domain, email, CRM, simple site) is kept lean and is yours to own.
  • LSA is pay-per-lead, start modest; Meta scales as it proves out.
  • We fund the launch by reallocating a slice of your current lead spend, not stacking a new bill on top.

Business formation, licensing, and E&O are set up by Jane with the appropriate providers. Marketing/operations roadmap only, not legal, tax, or investment advice.

Deep dive · Google

The Google LSA Playbook

The Florida edge, step by step, the detailed checklist behind Phase 2. Check items off as you go (saved on this device).

The two things that decide your ranking aren't your budget, they're your reviews and your response rate. Everything below builds toward those two. Get them right and you show up first; ignore them and you stay buried.

1Prerequisites

Do first · gating items
  • Your own business identity (LLC/DBA), LSA advertises your licensed agency.Gate
  • Active Florida insurance license in good standing (Google verifies it).
  • E&O insurance, commonly required for verification.
  • A Google Business Profile as a service-area business (address hidden, FL service areas, no PO box).
  • A dedicated business number (not your personal cell, your CRM provides one) you can answer fast, with business hours set.

2Sign up & verify

Weeks 1–2
  • Start an LSA account; select the "Insurance agency" category (eligible in FL).
  • Submit license + business registration; complete the background/identity checks.
  • Turn on pre-badge ads so leads flow while final onboarding completes.
  • Finish onboarding to earn the full Google-Verified badge (ranks above pre-badge).
  • Set up billing and a starting weekly budget / lead cap.

3Build the profile

Week 2
  • Accurate service categories and the specific insurance services you offer.
  • Service area = target FL counties/cities (tight to start), matched to your Business Profile.
  • Professional headshot/photos, complete hours, highlights.

4Reviews

Start Week 1, never stopRanking lever
  • Ask past & current clients now, aim for the first 5–10 fast.
  • Use Google's built-in "ask for reviews" link; text it right after every close.
  • Make it a standing habit, steady flow beats a one-time burst.
  • Respond to every review.

5Response rate & speed-to-lead

From day oneRanking lever
  • Answer every call and message, Google demotes providers who miss them.
  • Can't always answer live? Set up an answering service or fast call-back.
  • Pipe LSA leads into the CRM so follow-up is automatic (<5 min ≈ 9× conversion).

6Manage leads & reclaim spend

Ongoing
  • Dispute junk leads (wrong number, spam, out-of-area) for credits.
  • Do it promptly and consistently, it directly lowers true cost-per-lead.
  • Log outcomes to see real cost-per-sale, not just cost-per-lead.

7Optimize & scale

Week 4+ · monthly
  • Raise budget on strong weeks; expand service area only once close rates hold.
  • Watch the lead-to-sale trend; feed it back into reviews and response habits.
  • Compare LSA cost-per-sale to your bought-lead baseline; shift budget to the winner.
If you remember only two things: get reviews flowing immediately, and never let a call or message go unanswered. Those two decide whether you show up #1 or buried, more than how much you spend.

"Insurance agency" LSA eligibility is limited to California & Florida (Google's official category list). Pre-badge ads, the Verified badge, lead credits, and the responsiveness ranking rule are all from Google's documentation. Business formation, licensing, and E&O are set up with the appropriate providers. Operations checklist, not legal or tax advice.
