What starts the trial, all in one place

Three things start the trial: your footage and logos in the shared folder, the access invites, and the answers below. Most are a click. What you type saves on this device as you go, so you can stop and finish later. Each part has its own send button, and both come straight to Rob.

01 Send first

Your footage and logos

Everything you've already recorded, videos and photos, plus your logo in the best files you have. Truck wrap and shirt photos help too, since they show your real colors. Upload straight from your phone or computer.

The trial runs on this footage, so send all of it, even the shaky clips. We pick what's usable.

02 Our questions for you

Answer what you can

A click or a line per question is plenty. Skip any you'd rather talk through.

01Manager access to your Google profile

Add r0bato@robatomedia.com as a Manager. You stay the owner.

Google profile access

02Partner access to Facebook and Instagram

One request through Meta Business Suite. You stay the owner of both pages. Before you accept, check who is admin on each page today, and turn on two-step login. If someone who left the company still controls a page, tell us and we fix that first.

Facebook and Instagram access

03The phone number that should be everywhere

Your site and Google say (570) 243-1679. The BBB lists (570) 977-7015. Yellow Pages adds (570) 856-9444.

Main phone number

04The address to show, if any

Google, Facebook and the BBB say 2511 Clearview Ave. Nextdoor, Yellow Pages and a second Yelp listing say 21 Walbert Drive. You can also hide the street and show the towns you cover.

Address to show

05After-hours calls

Your site says emergency no-water calls get answered. If calls after 7 PM get answered too, Google should show it.

After-hours calls

06Your PA HIC registration number

If it's current, it goes on the site, the Google profile and your estimates. What the PA HIC registration is.

07Who's on camera

Who on the crew is comfortable on camera, plus full names and roles for the crew page your site already promises.

08Customer permission

Any customer who appears on camera, or whose name we use, signs a short release first. We bring it.

Customer releases

09Your OK on the website

Your site runs on Marketta, the same platform we already keep up for other clients. With your OK, we get access set up and the website list becomes ours.

10The three BBB complaints

Whether you've seen them, and whether you want us to draft replies for you to approve and send.

BBB complaints

+Your review sites

We claim and match Nextdoor, both Yelp listings and the BBB in your name. Tell us which ones you already have a login for, and any other site where customers review you, like Angi.

Review site logins

+About your footage

Roughly how much you have, and which jobs it shows. If a customer's face, name or house number shows in a clip, tell us which one, since they sign a short release before it posts.

+Who approves posts

One person sees each caption before it goes out. If we don't hear back within two business days, the post waits. It never goes out without a yes.

03 Your questions

Ask us anything

About the plan, the trial, the price, what something on these pages means, or anything else. They come straight to Rob, and he answers by email.
