The three-month trial, and who does what

The trial runs on the footage you already have, so there's no shoot day in it. Weeks one to three are setup. Posts start as soon as your footage is in and edited, two a week. At day 90 we re-score the same six categories against today's 31 and decide the next step together.

01 From you

What we need from you

Three things start the trial: your footage and logos, the access invites, and the ten answers below. Do all three here, and everything comes straight to Rob.

Send first

Your footage and logos

Every video and photo you've already recorded, and your logo in the best files you have. Truck wrap and shirt photos help too. One shared folder, linked on your answers page.

Invites, never passwords

Access to your pages

Facebook and Instagram through Meta Business Suite, your Google profile, and Nextdoor, Yelp and the BBB. YouTube once there's enough video for it. You stay the owner of every one.

1

Manager access to your Google profile

Add r0bato@robatomedia.com as a Manager. You stay the owner.

You
2

Partner access to Facebook and Instagram

One request through Meta Business Suite. You stay the owner of both pages.

You
3

The phone number that should be everywhere

Your site and Google say (570) 243-1679. The BBB lists (570) 977-7015. Yellow Pages adds (570) 856-9444.

You
4

The address to show, if any

Google, Facebook and the BBB say 2511 Clearview Ave. Nextdoor, Yellow Pages and a second Yelp listing say 21 Walbert Drive. You can also hide the street and show the towns you cover.

You
5

After-hours calls

Your site says weekend no-water calls get answered. If calls after 7 PM get answered too, Google should show it.

You
6

Your PA HIC registration number

If it's current, it goes on the site, the Google profile and your estimates.

You
7

Who's on camera

Who on the crew is comfortable on camera, plus full names and roles for the crew page your site already promises.

You
8

Customer permission

Any customer who appears on camera, or whose name we use, signs a short release first. We bring it.

9

Your OK on the website

Your site runs on Marketta, the same platform we already keep up for other clients. With your OK, we get access set up and the website list becomes ours.

You
10

The three BBB complaints

Whether you've seen them, and whether you want us to draft replies for you to approve and send.

How the three months run

Weeks 1 to 3

  • One name, phone, address and set of hours on every listing
  • Facebook website link and hours fixed, Yelp and Nextdoor claimed
  • BBB replies drafted for you to send
  • Facebook and Instagram set up right and connected in Meta Business Suite
  • TikTok set up in your name, bios rewritten
  • A review link and a card the crew hands out
  • Website fixes started, and the page addresses sent to Marketta
Weeks 2 to 4

Your footage

  • We go through everything you send and pick what's usable
  • The first month of posts planned and edited
  • Captions written, and you approve them
  • First posts and the first Google Post go out
Month 2

The rhythm

  • Two posts a week on Facebook and Instagram
  • The same short videos on TikTok, and on YouTube once there's enough video
  • A Google Post every week
  • Reviews, comments and messages answered within two business days
  • Your website kept current, and a short note on what went out
Month 3

The check

  • The rhythm keeps going
  • Day-90 report with the six categories re-scored against 31
  • What worked, what we drop, what we do more of
  • We decide the next step together, including a shoot day if you want one

04 Fast and slow

What moves fast and what takes months

Days to a few weeks

The fixes

The Google profile, matching listings, the Facebook link and hours, Yelp and Nextdoor claimed, BBB replies sent, and your first posts live.

Months

The build

Review count, followers, YouTube views and where the map ranks you. These grow with steady work. They don't jump in a week.

What we won't promise

No promises on views, followers, calls or rankings. We commit to the work. The posts go out, the pages get answered, and the day-90 re-score tells you the truth.
