Prepared for Kyle Maloney · October 2, 2026

Your last Facebook post was a great after picture. It went up October 17, 2019.

That post says it well: "I'm very bad at before pictures. But this is the after." A clean pump, tank and manifold install, with a caption that sounds like a person. It's also the newest post a customer can see on the page. Here's where every account stands, what one Instagram clip already showed, and what we'd do with each.

02 Facebook

The Facebook page stopped in 2019

The page is named "Pocono Well and Pump Service LLC," it's filed under Water Treatment Service, and the seven people who left recommendations all recommend you.

The website link on the page points to stroudsburgwellpump.com. That address doesn't load, so anyone who taps it from Facebook lands on an error. The hours say "Always open," which doesn't match the hours on your site.

A homeowner who checks Facebook before calling sees a business that went quiet in 2019 and a link that goes nowhere. Fixing the link and the hours is quick. Posting every week is what needs a plan.

"I'm very bad at before pictures. But this is the after. We changed the pump the wire the pipe the tank and added a manifold and drive. The pressure is amazing !!"Your Facebook page, October 17, 2019

That caption has a voice and it shows the work. In the middle of a job, nobody remembers the before picture. Getting it is our job.

03 Instagram

One clip from inside a tank has more views than the page has followers

Instagram has two posts. A photo post on July 3, 2025, and a short video on August 20, 2025 captioned "What the inside of a bad well tank looks like." The video has 259 views. The account has 185 followers.

One clip, one line of caption, and nothing posted after it. It still got more views than the page has followers. Homeowners don't get to see the inside of a well tank, and your crew does.

The bio reads "See how well your water can be." Keep the line. Add what you do, where, and the phone number, so the profile works for someone who lands on it with no water.

04 YouTube and TikTok

No YouTube channel for the business, and no TikTok

The only video tied to the business on YouTube is a customer's well pump service review, posted about nine years ago on a personal channel, with 64 views. There's no channel under the business name, and @poconowellandpump doesn't exist on TikTok.

We'd put YouTube to work on the questions your crew answers on the phone. Your July article already walks through a no-water morning step by step. Explainers cut from your footage, and later from a shoot day, build a library that answers those questions while the crew is out on jobs.

TikTok is optional. The same short clips can go there with no extra filming.

05 Nextdoor and Yelp

Three listings nobody has claimed

Nextdoor has a business page for you with neighbor recommendations on it. It's unclaimed, it lists 21 Walbert Drive, it says the business does "well installation and drilling," and the hours are set to all day, every day.

Yelp has two listings for you, and neither is claimed. The one with 11 reviews shows 3.5 stars and files you under Plumbing and Septic Services. The second, at 21 Walbert Drive, has one review, one star, and files you under Well Drilling.

Claiming them is free. Then the details match everything else, the duplicate gets reported to Yelp, and you can answer the people who post there.

06 Your reviews

The best content you have is already in your reviews

These are Google reviews quoted on your own site. With each customer's OK, they become posts, captions and on-screen lines.

"Woke up Friday morning to no water pressure whatsoever. Called Pocono Well and Pump around 8:30AM or so, and a new pump was installed by noon."Don, Google review
"My pump died at 11:00 at night and within 15 minutes I had an appointment set for 10:00 the next day. Mike and Kyle identified the problem quickly and a few hours later I had a new pump."Sean, Google review
"Very honest about what problems I have and ones I don't just honestly no hard sell will recommend to all."Angelo, Google review
"As a local Poconos Realtor... I entrust Pocono Well & Pump Service with ALL of my clients that need service on their well. So many Realtors use them."Steven, Google review

That last one points at a second audience. A short video made for real estate agents would give them something to send their buyers and sellers.

07 Around you

None of the top three in the Stroudsburg map has a YouTube channel under its name

On October 2, 2026, Google's map results for "well pump repair stroudsburg pa" showed Aquatech Pump Service, Pocono Well & Pump and Semper Fi Well & Pump Services. None of the three has a video on its homepage, and a YouTube search for each business name turns up no channel under that name.

Semper Fi is ahead on reviews, 470 to your 103, and buys ads, including one that shows when someone searches your company's name. Reviews and ads get a company found. None of those three is putting video of its crew and its work on YouTube or its homepage, and your crew already has the material for it.
