Seven questions only you can answer
I built the audit from the outside. These are the things I couldn't see from there, and I'd rather ask than guess. Half an hour on the phone covers all seven.
Which street address should customers see?
Instagram and Facebook show one address, Revivify's directory shows another, and Google shows none. Pick one. Or pick none, if you'd rather keep the shop address private and run as a service-area business.
What are your real hours?
Google says every day, 8 AM to 6 PM. Your website says Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM. One of them is wrong, and customers see both.
Access, the safe way
Partner access to Facebook and Instagram, which we request and you approve. Manager access on your Google profile. And the name of whoever edits your website. No passwords.
Prices and services: what goes public?
Packages opens a 404 page right now. Three shops around you publish coating prices. Do you want packages and starting prices on your site, or stay quote-only and take the link down? Either works. A broken link doesn't. And do you install Peel Clear Wrap yourself? Your June reel explains it, and I'll only list it as a service if you do.
Who's up for being on camera?
A result for a named customer is one of the strongest posts you can make, and it needs that customer's yes first. Same question for fleet accounts. Is the Nazareth Police Department happy to be featured again?
Do you still control viking-detailing.com?
Search results still list it, booking page included. If you hold the domain, we point it at the new site.
When is the first filming day?
Ideally a day with a correction or coating job and an interior reset on the books, and a customer picking up who'll say yes to the camera.
In order
The changes a customer notices first. None of it needs a camera.
Put your credentials where customers decide, then make every listing agree.
Three posts a week start, on four platforms, with covers a stranger can read.
November, if we start this month. The last weeks before salt season.
December. Salt and slush get into carpets and wheel wells, and that makes clear before-and-afters.
What a normal month looks like
Week 1
We plan the month's posts and pick the filming day around what's booked in your shop.
Week 2
Filming day. You work, we shoot. Ten minutes of talking to camera somewhere in the middle.
Every week
Three posts go out on four platforms, and you see each one before it posts. Plus a Google post or photo, and replies to new reviews.
Month end
A one-page report: what moved, what didn't, what we change.
The numbers we'll watch
No targets promised. I report these every month against where they stood on October 2.
| Measure | October 2, 2026 | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Google reviews | 27 | The count is where the bigger coating shops are ahead |
| Google calls, website clicks, direction requests | Read after access | What people do after they find you |
| Median views, last 14 reels | 822 | Whether packaging is working |
| Taps on your Instagram link | No link yet | The first measure of the bio fix |
| Longest gap between posts | 45 days, last fall | The slow season shouldn't go silent |
| Box score | 30 / 60 | The same six categories, scored the same way |
What we do with your Google profile
Your Google listing already has the rating. The work is making it complete and keeping it active.
