Your writing is good. Search engines can't tell what it's about.
You have 11 blog posts, a podcast and real client stories. The site doesn't label any of it in the places Google, Bing and AI tools read first.
Eight buttons and icons go nowhere or to the wrong place
I opened all 31 pages a visitor can reach, on a computer and a phone, and tested all 31 different links on them. Every page fits a phone screen, and on the pages I tested by keyboard, it reaches the menu and buttons. The worst problems are dead ends, and the first two sit right where someone is ready to buy.
| Where | Button | What happens | Fix |
|---|---|---|---|
| Homepage, Products | Buy Now | Opens a Calendly booking page that's switched off. Calendly answers "this Calendly URL is not valid." | Remove the Products box, or point it at a live link. |
| Booking page, Products | Purchase | Opens a short link to another brand's site, which shows "Website Expired." | Remove the Products box. |
| Homepage, Booking, Transformation | Join Now, Join The Workshop | Opens your Vision Board workshop on Eventbrite, which ran on March 20, 2025. | Remove it, or link the next workshop date. |
| Icons on every page | TikTok | Opens @aysiarivera. TikTok says "Couldn't find this account." Your active account is @alignwithaysia. | Change the link. |
| Icons on every page | Apple Music | Opens your Spotify show. | Link your Apple Podcasts page if you have one. If not, remove the icon. |
| Icons on every page | Etsy | The icon shows, but it isn't a link. | Remove it. |
| Icons on every page | Opens a personal profile. | Link a business page, or remove the icon. | |
| Homepage | Testimonials | Reloads the homepage. | Link the Testimonials page once its sample text is replaced. |
Most of your pages aren't in the menu
The menu has Blog and Book Now. No link anywhere on the site goes to Plans & Pricing, Testimonials or Community. Your About page is reachable only through Read More buttons and your name on blog posts. A visitor who wants to see prices can't find them.
Fix: a menu with About, Coaching and prices, Blog and Contact, plus Book Now as the button.
Every link on all 31 pages, October 8, 2026.Three ways to book, in two systems and two time zones
Book Now in the menu opens Calendly, set to Eastern time. Book Now on the Booking page opens a Wix calendar, which showed Pacific time in our test. The Growth Package's Buy Now opens a Wix checkout that asks the buyer to log in or sign up for an account before paying $1,000. Two calendars can hand out the same hour twice, and they show different time zones.
Every package also promises a "FREE Discovery Call." The only discovery call link on the site is the switched-off one in the table. Your live free call is the 30-minute "Aligned Life Coaching Consultation Call" on Zoom, behind Book Now in the menu.
Fix: pick one, which is Question 3, and point every booking button at it. Give the free call one name everywhere.
Calendly's public booking data, the Wix booking pages as our browser loaded them, and the Growth Package Buy Now button clicked in Chrome, October 8, 2026. Nothing was bought.Words a visitor reads that need a second look
Products are offered on two pages as "soothing wellness products crafted just for you," and there's nothing to buy. Two blog posts open with drafting notes ("Themes: Personal expansion, courage...") and Google shows that line as your blog's snippet. The homepage headline says "Transform Your LIfe." The homepage has a "Mandy" heading with no quote under it, and one quote with no name. Your blog byline reads "aysia rivera," all lowercase. The footer says 2022 and "New York, Ny | Los Angeles, Ca." The Community page has two identical contact forms, a heading that stops at "Work/Partner with," and a "Social Networks" heading with nothing under it.
Fix: remove the Products boxes, delete the two "Themes" lines, and correct the rest. Each is a small edit in the Wix editor.
Page text from our crawl, October 8, 2026. Blog snippet: Google search "site:alignedlife.me", October 8.Three lines to be ready to back up
The Transformation page calls you "a leading expert in the field" and says your guidance "ensures" results. The About page says you have "specialized expertise in trauma and resiliency." A client can ask what stands behind each one. Your degrees and your years in mental health do, so name them right there.
Fix: keep the claims you can show. Swap "leading expert" and "ensures" for what you've done, like your degrees and the decade you spent in the field.
Transformation and About pages, October 8, 2026.Some text is too faint to read easily
We measured the colors as they show on screen. Dark blue text on the green Buy Now, Join Now and Book Now buttons measures 2.1 to 1. The footer's newsletter heading and email line, on every page, measure 2.6 to 1. The Read More button is 3.8 to 1 and the blog's title 3.3 to 1. The accessibility standard asks for 4.5 to 1 for normal text and 3 to 1 for large text.
Fix: white or cream text on the green buttons, and a darker footer background. Your brown buttons already pass at 6.1 to 1 or better.
Pixel measurements from screenshots in our browser, October 8, 2026. Standard: WCAG 2.2, level AA.Image descriptions are file names
Screen readers and Google read each image's description. Your logo's description is "Transparent PNG-03.png" on every page. A photo of you is "Facetune_07-09-2024-16-15-08.jpeg." The homepage gallery buttons are named after the stock photographers, like "Image by Jared Rice," and one of those credits is an adult-products brand.
Fix: describe each image in a few words, like "Aysia Rivera, mindset coach" or "Alignedlife logo." Rename the gallery images the same way.
Image descriptions and button names from our crawl, October 8, 2026.Eight things that hold you back on Google
Every fix here is in your Wix dashboard. You paste them in, or we do it with you once you add me as a site collaborator. Most take minutes.
Google is writing your descriptions for you
Every page has a short description that Google shows under the title in results. On your site, 22 of 23 are empty, so Google picks text off the page. For your Booking page it picked "Visualize your dream life and manifest it into reality. soothing wellness products crafted just for you." That line says nothing about booking a session with you, and it's the first thing a client reads about it.
Fix: paste the titles and descriptions in section 04. In the Wix editor go to Pages & Menu, open the page's More Actions menu, then SEO basics.
Crawl of the sitemap, October 7, 2026. Booking snippet from Google search "site:alignedlife.me", October 8, 2026."Aligned Life Oasis" on most tabs, and other Aligned Lifes on Google
Your main page titles end in "Aligned Life Oasis," and the coaching service page says "Aligned Life Growth." Your card, podcast and footer say Alignedlife. A Google search for "alignedlife" shows a community site, another podcast, a parenting brand, a therapy practice in Chestnut Hill and more. Your site isn't on the first page. Your own name does better. "Aysia Rivera" brings up your Instagram, LinkedIn, Jay Shetty page and your About page.
Fix: lead every title with your name and what you do, and pick one brand name in Question 2. The titles in section 04 use Alignedlife and Mindset Coach. If you pick differently, we swap the words.
Page titles from the crawl, October 7. Google searches "alignedlife" and "Aysia Rivera", October 8, 2026.Google showed five of your pages
A search of your site showed your homepage, Blog, About, Booking and one blog post. Your pricing page, your coaching service page and ten of your eleven posts didn't come up. From the outside I can't tell whether Google Search Console is connected to your site, and it's the tool that shows what Google has indexed and why.
Fix: connect Search Console through the SEO setup in your Wix dashboard, submit your sitemap, then ask Google to index the pricing and service pages. Then add the site to Bing Webmaster Tools, which can import it straight from Search Console.
Google search "site:alignedlife.me", October 8, 2026. Import option: Bing Webmaster Blog, "Easily Verify Your Site in Bing Webmaster Tools by Importing from Google Search Console", September 2019.Two empty pages are open to Google
alignedlife.me/paywall says "You don't have permissions to access this page." alignedlife.me/payment-request-page has no text at all. Both are in the sitemap and neither tells search engines to skip it.
Fix: in each page's SEO basics, turn off the setting that lets search engines index the page.
Crawl of the sitemap, October 7, 2026, plus a check of /paywall's raw code as Google's crawler receives it, October 8, 2026.Headings that don't say what the page is
A page's main heading tells Google its topic. Your About page has three main headings, and one of them is your whole bio paragraph. The Testimonials page heading is spelled "Testiomnials." On the homepage, the headings under the main one are your clients' first names, so Google reads "Catarnia" and "Nadia" as the page's subjects.
Fix: one main heading per page. About: "Aysia Rivera, Mindset Coach." Testimonials: "What clients say." Turn the client names into plain text under each quote, and keep "What I Specialize In" and "How I Can Help You" as headings.
Headings from the crawl, October 7, 2026.Page addresses left over from the template
Your Testimonials page lives at /about-3, Community at /copy-of-about and Transformation at /healthy-living. People and search engines read the address as a hint about the page.
Fix: change them to /testimonials, /community and /transformation in each page's SEO basics. Wix sends the old address to the new one by itself when you change it, so no link breaks.
Sitemap and page titles, October 7, 2026. Redirect behavior: Wix Help Center, "Setting Up 301 Redirects".No picture when someone shares your site
Your blog posts have a share image. Your homepage, About, Booking and Pricing pages don't, so a link texted to a friend shows up as a plain line of text.
Fix: add one photo of you as the share image on those pages, in SEO basics under the social share settings. A filming-day still works well here.
Share-image tags from the crawl, October 7, 2026.Booking is the slowest page
In our test the Booking page took about 10 seconds to finish loading. Most of your pages took 1.5 to 6.5 seconds. The homepage code alone is about 700 KB before any photos. It was one test from a cloud browser, so treat the numbers as a rough guide, not a score.
Fix: remove sections and apps you no longer use, and compress large photos before upload. Once Search Console is connected, its speed report gives real numbers from real visitors.
Page load times from our crawl, October 7, 2026. Google's own PageSpeed tool hit its daily limit that night, so there's no Google score here yet.Titles and descriptions for every page that matters
Titles stay under 60 characters and descriptions under 155, so Google shows them whole. They use what your site says now, plus two things section 06 asks you to add: your degrees and the line "Your life fell apart." Change any word that isn't yours.
| Page | Title | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Home | Aysia Rivera, Mindset Coach | Alignedlife | Your life fell apart. Now build one you want. 1:1 mindset coaching with Aysia Rivera, trained in psychology. Sessions online. Book a session. |

| Plans & Pricing | Coaching Packages and Prices | Alignedlife | Growth, Mindset and Transformation coaching packages with Aysia Rivera, from 4 sessions in one month to 12 sessions over three months. |
| Blog | Blog on Reflection and Fresh Starts | Alignedlife | Essays from Aysia Rivera on reflection, letting go, feeling enough and building a life that feels new again. |
| Testimonials | What Clients Say | Alignedlife | What clients say after coaching with Aysia Rivera, in their own words. |
| Community | Join the Alignedlife Community | Join Aysia Rivera's community and newsletter, and find Alignedlife on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and Pinterest. |
Two short blocks of code, pasted once
Search engines and AI tools read a hidden label called structured data to learn who runs a site. Your homepage only says "this is a website." These two labels say "this is Aysia Rivera, a mindset coach, and Alignedlife is her practice," and link your profiles together so they count as one person. Your blog posts already name you as author. Nothing says what you do.
Where it goes
In the Wix editor, go to Pages & Menu and open the page's More Actions menu. Choose SEO basics, then the Advanced SEO tab, then Structured Data Markup, then Add New Markup. Paste, then click Apply. The first block goes on your homepage, the second on your About page.
One rule first
Wix's guide says what the code says should also appear on the page. Add your degrees to the About page before you paste the second block. That's the "give me all your letters" question. The title in the code has to match the one on your page too, so use whichever you pick in Question 2. If you'd rather leave a link out, delete its line.

</script>What Bing's AI says about you, and where it gets it
Search "Aysia Rivera coach" on Bing and its AI writes a summary of you at the top, before any links. It's a good preview of how AI tools describe you today.
What it gets right
It calls you a mindset and performance coach and the founder of Aligned Life. It lists your bachelor's and two master's degrees in psychology, and your Ph.D. studies.
Where it got it
Your Jay Shetty directory page and your LinkedIn. Your own website shows up as a link under the summary, but the summary doesn't quote it. Right now AI tools trust other sites to describe you more than your own.
Put your degrees and your promise on your own site
AI tools quote whichever page states a fact most clearly. Your degrees are on your Jay Shetty page and in one blog post from September 2024, but not on your About page or homepage. Your strongest line, "Your life fell apart," is on YouTube and LinkedIn, but not on your homepage.
Fix: add both to the About page and homepage in plain sentences, then paste the two code blocks above.
One short bio, word for word, everywhere
Right now you're an Alignment Coach on your site, a Mindset Coach on Jay Shetty, a Life Transition Coach on a TikTok video Google shows and a Certified Mindset Coach on LinkedIn. To a person that's fine. To an AI tool it reads like four different people.
Fix: once you answer Question 2, we write one two-line bio and you paste it on your site, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify and the Jay Shetty page. Also check that LinkedIn lists only what you'd want an AI to repeat, because Bing reads it.
Answer the questions people ask AI
People ask AI tools full questions, like "what does a mindset coach do" or "how is coaching different from therapy." Your psychology training makes you unusually qualified to answer the second one. Each main video in the pilot will answer one question like this.
Fix: add a short FAQ to your homepage in your own words. Start with these five: What does a mindset coach do? How is coaching different from therapy? Do you work online? What do packages cost? How do I book? Then each main video gets a blog post built from its transcript, titled with the question it answers.
Rewrite your llms.txt
Wix makes a file called llms.txt that some AI tools read for a site summary. Yours calls the site "Aligned Life Oasis," spends one of its three sentences on the Align AI privacy policy, and its only page link is the homepage.
Fix: in your dashboard go to SEO & GEO, then Tools and settings, then Go to llms.txt. Under More Actions choose Edit file, and paste the block below at the top. Leave Wix's "AI Agent Access" section under it, since it tells AI assistants how to reach the booking tools Wix provides. Once you edit the file, Wix stops updating it, so it stays as you wrote it.

People search the exact topics of your three main videos
YouTube is a search engine too. These are the searches behind the three main videos in the pilot, with how often people type them.

|---|---|---|
| Month 1: Your life fell apart. Now what? | how to reset your life · 15,540 how to start over in life · 10,229 starting over in life · 3,942 | How to Start Over When Your Life Falls Apart |

The channel today
21 subscribers and 154 videos. Three long interviews, posted about a year ago, have 12 to 20 views each. The newest Shorts are 8 months old, with 2 to 173 views. The description opens with "Your life fell apart," which is the right first line, and links your site.
youtube.com/@aysiariveracoaching, October 8, 2026.Clean up the playlists
Your Aligned Life Podcast playlist has 62 episodes, and episode 2 is a TEDx talk from another channel, not yours. The Coaching playlist has 11 videos.
Fix: remove or rename the TEDx entry so the podcast list is only your episodes. When the main videos go up, add three playlists named after the searches: Starting over, Trusting yourself again, The life audit. Put each main video and its clips in its playlist.
Podcast and Coaching playlists on the channel, October 8, 2026.Every main video gets the same five things
A title that starts with the search. A first line of description that answers it. Chapters. Links to the matching blog post and your booking page. A pinned comment with the next step. We set these up as part of the pilot. You approve each one before it goes up.
Your life fell apart. Now what? I'm Aysia Rivera, a mindset coach trained in psychology. Every month there's a new video here on starting over, learning to trust yourself again, and auditing the life you have, plus every episode of my podcast. Work with me 1:1: https://www.alignedlife.me
Whether you get one depends on Question 1
You don't have a Google Business profile. A search for "Alignedlife Aysia Rivera" on Google Maps on October 5 showed three other businesses and nothing for you. Google only allows a profile if clients can meet you somewhere, so your answer to "Where do you meet clients?" decides this.
If you meet anyone in person
An office, a studio you rent, or going to clients all count. You can get a profile and hide your address, so only your area shows. Near Stroudsburg the coaches on the map have 6 and 10 reviews, so you wouldn't start far behind on reviews. Then we:
- Lock one name, one phone and one email, written the same everywhere.
- Build the Google profile with your coaching category, area, hours, photos from filming day, and each package as a service.
- Copy it to Bing Places for Bing and its maps, and to Apple Business Connect for Apple Maps and Siri.
- Claim Yelp, the free basic Better Business Bureau listing and Nextdoor.
- Ask the clients named on your homepage for a Google review.
- Once Google has a few weeks of data, read the searches it says found you and add the good ones as services. We repeat it every 90 days.
If it's online only
Then Google's guidelines don't cover you. They're written for a business with a place clients can visit, or one that travels to clients, and Google says it can suspend profiles that break them. We put that effort where online clients look instead:
- Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, from section 03.
- The two code blocks and the llms.txt rewrite, so Google and AI tools know who you are.
- One bio on LinkedIn, the Jay Shetty directory, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify.
- YouTube as your main search channel, which is where the pilot starts anyway.
Coach directories like Noomii and Thumbtack showed up on Google too. We'd check what each one costs before you join any.
What to do first
| When | What | Who |
|---|---|---|
| This week | Fix or remove the eight buttons and icons in section 02. Paste the titles and descriptions. Hide the two empty pages. Fix the Testimonials page and its spelling. Connect Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. | You, or we do it with you |
| Next week | Rename the three page addresses. Add share images. Put your degrees and "Your life fell apart" on the site, then paste the two code blocks and the llms.txt rewrite. Clean up the YouTube playlists. | You, or we do it with you |
| After kickoff | One bio everywhere, once Questions 2 and 4 are answered. Google Business profile and the five other listings, if Question 1 says in person. | We write, you approve |
| During the pilot | Three main videos titled from the searches above, each with a blog post and a homepage FAQ answer. Day 90 re-score includes this page. | We build, you approve |
