The Pilot Quarter
Prepared for Aysia Rivera, Alignedlife · October 2026

One quarter, no fee
Three main videos, and everything cut from them

You already post, and people already watch. What's missing is the system around the posts. One name and one title everywhere. A site that shows you're qualified. Posts that end on what you do and where to book. So here's the offer: one quarter of that work at no charge, and at day 90 we look at the numbers together.

01 · The pilot

The plan, as a tree

One filming day records three main YouTube videos. Each one opens a month, and that month's short posts are cut from it. The market page shows a coach on the Stroudsburg map with six Google reviews, 5.15K YouTube subscribers and a new long video about every week.

$0 for the pilot quarter
No fee for the work below. It runs one quarter and then stops unless we both decide to keep going. Nothing renews on its own. Ad spend is never part of it.

What the quarter covers

  • One long filming day at a place you pick, planned with you a week ahead. Within 30 miles of Albrightsville is covered; farther, we agree on travel first.
  • Three main YouTube videos, one a month, 20 to 30 minutes each, edited, with a title, description and thumbnail
  • About 26 short posts cut from them, two a week for 13 weeks: clips and carousels, captioned, with a title bar on every cover
  • A posting calendar with each post's day and caption, so you post in a couple of minutes
  • Cut for where they land: main videos for YouTube and your Spotify show, short posts for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • New headshots and site photos from the same day
  • Your podcast, back: each main video is also an episode of Alignedlife on Spotify, solo or with a guest you pick
  • A day 90 re-score of the same six categories, side by side with October 5

Week one, before any filming

  • One title and one brand name, with the exact wording for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify and your card
  • The website punch list, written for you: the Testimonials page, a credentials block, page titles and descriptions, and every broken link. You paste it into Wix, or we make the changes with you.
  • Instagram bio, highlights and a pinned post that says who you help and how to start
  • A Google profile, only if you meet clients in person
02 · What I ask in return

Four things, on your terms

In return

  • Permission to show the work in R0BATO's portfolio and on our social accounts. You can withdraw it for future uses any time by email.
  • A testimonial, written or on camera, if the quarter works for you. Your words, your approval.
  • A before and after I can share, if the quarter works for you: the October 5 box score next to day 90. You approve the wording first.
  • Referrals, only if you want to. When someone you send signs on with us, our referral program pays you: $200 cash, $500 in content credit or a 2-hour shoot, your choice.

In writing

A short agreement covers what's included, who owns what, and how clients appear. It means neither of us has to remember what we said.

If the quarter doesn't work for you, you keep everything we made and owe nothing.

03 · Day 90

What we check at the end

These are the things I can promise to do. Views and bookings depend on the platforms and the people watching, so those get reported, not promised.

Your site

Testimonials page filled, credentials on the About page, one booking system behind every button, no dead links.

Your profiles

One title and one brand name across every platform, a bio and a pinned post that say who you help.

Your videos and posts

Three main videos and two short posts a week, each ending on a coaching idea and one way to book. Then the re-score, against 25 out of 60 on October 5.

04 · Who does what

You coach. We do the production

You

  • Pick the filming day and the topics you care about
  • Ask clients before anyone is named, quoted or filmed
  • Give a quick yes or a change note on drafts
  • Post from the calendar, main videos included, a few minutes each
  • Answer messages and booking requests, like you do now

R0BATO

  • Plan the filming day, the three episodes and the quarter's posts
  • Film and edit the three main videos and every post cut from them, with captions, titles and thumbnails
  • Write the website and profile fixes, and make them with you if you'd rather
  • Build the posting calendar
  • Re-score at day 90, good news and bad
05 · After the pilot

Three ways it can go

Stop

You keep every video, photo and caption, and the fixes stay on your site. Nothing to cancel.

Another quarter

Same shape: one filming day, three main videos, three months of posts. We agree terms before it starts.

Something bigger

A filming day every month, or us publishing for you. We talk about it once you've seen the first quarter.

06 · Straight answers

The questions you'd ask

Why no fee?

It's a pilot. You get a quarter of real work to judge before you spend anything. I get a before and after I can show other coaches, if it works. Both of us know at day 90.

I already post a lot. What changes?

Posting is the part you already do well. The gap is everything after the view: a Testimonials page with sample text, a dead TikTok link, three ways to book, and posts that don't mention coaching. Week one fixes those. After that, every post we make carries one coaching idea and one way to book.

Why start from YouTube?

Each main video gives you a month of short posts, so one filming day covers the quarter. On the Stroudsburg map, the coach with six Google reviews has 5.15K YouTube subscribers and posts a new long video about every week. And people already watch your exact message: two videos on starting over after your life falls apart have 124K and 339K views.

Do I upload the main videos myself?

Yes, the same way you post everything else: from the calendar, with the title, description and thumbnail ready to paste. It takes a few minutes, and the channel stays fully yours.

Do I have to stop posting my own stuff?

No. Keep the diary, the travel and the challenges. Our posts slot in around them on the calendar.

Will you see anything private about my clients?

No. We never film a session, and nobody appears or gets quoted unless they've said yes in writing. Messages and booking requests stay with you.

Who owns the accounts and the files?

You do. Every account stays in your name, you post from it, and the finished videos and photos are yours to keep.

Will you promise more clients?

No. Bookings depend on the platforms and on the people watching, so I don't promise them. What I promise is the work, on schedule, and an honest re-score at day 90.

What about my website?

The fixes from the audit are part of the pilot. We write them, and you paste them into Wix or we make them with you. You also get real photos from the filming day for the site. If you'd rather have a new site, we build it with our website partner, Marketta, quoted separately. Either way, the site stays yours.

07 · Add-ons

Only if you want them

More episodes

Main videos beyond the three, recorded the same day or another day. Quoted per episode once we know the format.

Paid ads

Meta or Google campaigns, built and run by us when you're ready. Quoted separately. The platform bills ad spend to your card, and we never mark it up.

Extra filming half day

For a live workshop, a retreat or a second location. $750, camera and edit.

A new website

If you'd rather start over than fix the current site, we build it with our website partner, Marketta. Quoted separately.

Ready when you are

Start with the kickoff questions. Answer them on the page, or we go through them together in thirty minutes. The week-one fixes start the same week, the filming day lands inside the first three weeks, and posting starts right after.
