What the trial covers
The setup work happens first and is part of month one. Nobody should pay for posts while the Google profile still says you drill wells.
The setup
- Google profile cleaned up: category, description, services, hours and photos
- Facebook and Instagram checked and set up right, with both connected in Meta Business Suite
- One name, phone number, address and set of hours on Facebook, the BBB, Yelp, Nextdoor and Yellow Pages
- The website link and hours on Facebook fixed
- Yelp and Nextdoor claimed in your name
- Replies drafted for the three BBB complaints, for you to approve and send
- A TikTok account set up in your name, and a YouTube channel once there's enough video for it
- Instagram and Facebook bios rewritten
- A review link and a card the crew can hand out after a job
- Website fixes from the audit started, with the page addresses sent to Marketta
- Today's numbers locked in as the baseline
The rhythm
- Your recorded footage edited into short videos and posts
- Two posts a week on Facebook and Instagram, published by us
- The same short videos reposted to TikTok, and to YouTube Shorts once the channel is up
- A Google Post every week from the same clips, and new photos on the profile
- Google reviews, comments and messages answered within two business days
- Your website kept current on Marketta: new photos and video, and the changes you ask for
- A short note each month on what went out, and the full re-score against today's 31 at day 90
- The accounts and the footage stay yours
You can keep posting on your own accounts whenever you want.
Why it's $500
This is well below our normal rate. Our standard retainer starts at $2,000 a month. The trial is priced low on purpose, to prove the value with your own footage before you commit to more. After day 90, the next plan is priced from what the trial shows.
No shoot day in the trial
You already have footage, so the trial runs on it. We go through everything you send, pick what's usable, and plan the posts around it. If the footage runs short before day 90, we tell you two weeks ahead. Then you send more, or we book a shoot day, quoted on its own.
What isn't in here
A shoot day, paid ads, and a new website. Ad spend is never part of our rate. If you want Google or Facebook ads later, they're quoted on their own and the platform bills your card directly. Your site stays on Marketta, the way it runs today. We keep it current. We don't rebuild it.

What it has to beat
We won't promise calls, followers or rankings. These are the numbers we commit to.
You know your numbers better than we do. Divide $500 by what you keep from an average job, and that's how many jobs a month this has to bring in to pay for itself. We'd rather you do that math than take ours.
What we won't do
Guarantee a ranking, a call count or a revenue number. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work, on schedule, and a re-score at day 90 that tells you the truth.
Then we decide together
At day 90 you get the same six categories re-scored against today's 31. If it's working, we pick the next plan together. That's the time to talk about a shoot day with your crew on a real job, which is what the shoot plan is for. If it isn't working for you, the trial ends there, and everything we set up stays in your name.
What "answering your pages" means
It's the part of the trial that keeps running whether or not new footage comes in.
| What comes in | What we do | When |
|---|---|---|
| A comment on a post | Answered. Questions get a real answer and compliments get a thank-you. | Within two business days |
| A message on Facebook or Instagram | Answered, and pointed to (570) 243-1679 or the form if it's a job. | Within two business days |
| A five-star Google review | Thanked by name, in your voice. | Within two business days |
| A one-star Google review | Answered calmly, and you hear about it first. | Within two business days |
| A no-water emergency in the messages | Pointed straight to your phone line. | As soon as we see it |
| A question about price or timing | Not answered by us. Sent to you. We don't quote prices, book dates or diagnose anything. | Forwarded as soon as we see it |
This page, then the agreement
When you're ready, a services agreement between Robato Media LLC and Pocono Well and Pump Service LLC puts this in writing under Pennsylvania law. Where this page and the agreement differ, the agreement wins.
What starts it
Your footage and logos, the access invites and your answers. Once those are in, the setup work starts the same week.
