Digital Presence Audit
Prepared for Aysia Rivera, Alignedlife · Checked October 5, 2026

The credentials are real
Your website doesn't show them

Aysia, you posted twelve Reels in eighteen days, people watch them, and five clients put their first names on your homepage. A stranger who lands on your site still can't find your degrees, and can't tell which of three booking buttons to press. Everything below was checked live on October 5, 2026. Where I quote a number, the source sits under it.

00 · Box score

25 out of 60, and the biggest points are quick ones

Six categories, ten points each. I score every business the same way, so when we re-score at day 90 the two numbers mean the same thing.

Google & Reviews2 of 10
No Google profile for you or Alignedlife came up in Maps or in a search for your name. Five named client stories sit on your homepage and Spotify shows 5.0 from three ratings, but none of it reaches Google.
C−
Findability4 of 10
Your name works. LinkedIn, the Jay Shetty directory and your site come up first. Your brand name works against you. On Google Maps, Alignedlife plus your name returns a chiropractor with 199 reviews and a therapy practice, and not you.

Website4 of 10
Clear packages, published prices and real testimonials. Also live Wix sample text, three ways to book across two systems, four links that go to the wrong place, and no page descriptions.

Social profiles5 of 10
Instagram is active and your booking link is in the bio. Across your profiles you use three job titles and three versions of the brand name, and the TikTok link on your site is dead.
C
Content & Video5 of 10
Twelve Reels in eighteen days, and you're easy to watch. Before that, 63 days without one. The podcast's newest episode is from December 2025.
C
Lead Capture5 of 10
A booking link in your bio and a free discovery call on the site. None of the four Reels I opened mention coaching or where to book.
The sections below back up each grade. All checked October 5, 2026.
01 · What's already working

Four things most coaches would pay to have

People watch you

Your last twelve Reels averaged about 1,061 views each, with 1,506 followers. Strangers are already seeing you.

Instagram @alignwithaysia, Reels tab, October 5, 2026

Clients vouch for you by name

Catarnia, Nadia, Dana, Mandy and Esteban put their first names on your homepage. Their stories are specific: a business owner after a rebrand, a mom who stopped putting herself last.

Your prices are public

Three packages, $1,000, $3,000 and $5,000, each with its session count and length. A serious buyer can decide before the call.

You already have a show

The Alignedlife podcast is on Spotify with video and guests, rated 5.0 from three ratings. Long guest interviews are on YouTube too.

02 · Your website

Six fixes, most of them under an hour

Your site runs on Wix. Everything here is a text or link change. You can make it yourself, we write it and you paste it in, or we make it with you.

01

Your Testimonials page is Wix sample text

alignedlife.me/about-3 is live and listed in the sitemap your site gives Google. Under the heading it reads "This is your About Page" and, twice, "This is a Paragraph. Click on 'Edit Text'." The heading is spelled "Testiomnials," and the line under it says "hundres of others." Meanwhile the Testimonials link on your homepage just reloads the homepage, so the one page named Testimonials is the one nobody should see.

Fix: fill it with the five stories already on your homepage and point the Testimonials link at it, or unpublish it until it's ready.

02

Your degrees live on someone else's website

Your Jay Shetty Certification School profile lists a bachelor's and a master's in psychology, a second master's in clinical psychology, a Ph.D. in clinical psychology in progress, and coaching in English and Spanish. Your About page says "over a decade" in the field and stops there. Your card says M.A. Your site never does.

Fix: a short credentials block on the About page and the homepage: degrees, the Jay Shetty listing as proof, and both languages. Keep the line between coaching and therapy clear on the same block.

03

Three ways to book, and one button that books the wrong thing

Book Now opens Calendly. The website button on your digital card opens a Wix booking calendar, and your Booking page lists a 30-minute online session through Wix. The pricing page sells packages through its own Wix Buy Now buttons. Under Products, Buy Now opens a Calendly page for a discovery call.

Fix: pick one system and point every button at it. Products gets its own page, or comes off the homepage until there's something to buy.

04

Four links that go to the wrong place

The TikTok icon opens @aysiarivera, and TikTok says it can't find that account. Your active one is @alignwithaysia. The Apple Music icon opens Spotify. Facebook opens a personal profile. Join Now, under Workshops, opens an Eventbrite page for an online workshop on March 20, 2025, marked "Event ended."

Fix: TikTok to @alignwithaysia, drop the Apple Music icon unless the show is listed there, link a Facebook business page, and send Join Now to your next workshop or a waitlist.

Google mostly reads "Aligned Life Oasis"

Your homepage title is "Home | Aligned Life Oasis." None of the 12 pages have a description, so Google writes its own from whatever text it finds. No page title has your name in it, and only your coaching service page says coaching.

Fix: titles like "Aysia Rivera, Mindset Coach | Alignedlife," a one-line description on every page, and one brand name everywhere. We write them, you paste them into Wix.

06

Where do you work?

Your footer says New York and Los Angeles. Your card has a 570 number. Your booking page says online. A stranger can't tell whether you meet people in person, online, or both.

Fix: say it once, plainly, in the footer and on the About page. It's the first question on the roadmap, because it decides whether a Google profile is worth setting up.

03 · Google

Your name finds you. Your brand name finds a chiropractor

Searching "Aysia Rivera mindset coach" brings up your LinkedIn, the Jay Shetty directory, your About page, Instagram, YouTube and Spotify. That's a good first page. The local results on the same search show three other coaches with Google profiles and reviews, and none for you.

Google Maps is where the brand name hurts. This is what a search for "Alignedlife Aysia Rivera" returned:

ResultTypeRatingReviews
AlignLife Chiropractic & Natural Health CenterChiropractor4.9199
Life Expression Wellness CenterWellness center4.845
Aligned Life Therapy LLCMental health service5.04
Alignedlife, Aysia RiveraNot listedNoneNone

Google Maps search from Rob's browser, location Lehighton, PA, October 5, 2026. Maps ended the list at three results.

The third result matters most. A mental health practice with almost your name sits where a referral who only remembers "Aligned Life" would land. Putting your own name next to the brand, everywhere, goes a long way toward fixing it.
If you meet clients in person, a Google profile set up as a service-area business, with your address hidden, makes you eligible to show up in those local results. If you only coach online, we skip it and put the work into your name searches instead.

Instagram Reels tab, October 5, 2026. Dates come from each Reel's post ID, in Eastern time. Views are Instagram's own counts on that day.

01

Your best recent post was a croissant

The top Reel since September is the Paris café clip at 2,960 views. The September reflections Reel, the one closest to your coaching, got 511. People will watch you anywhere. The post just has to tell them what you do before they scroll on.

Fix: keep the travel and the diary. End each one on one coaching idea and one next step.

02

Your best line isn't on Instagram

Your YouTube description opens with "Your life fell apart," and the LinkedIn headline Google shows for you finishes the thought: now build one you really want. It's the clearest promise you've written. It isn't in your Instagram bio, on your website, or in a single Reel I opened.

Fix: make it the bio line, the homepage headline and the first words of your next three Reels, if it's still how you'd say it.

03

Three titles and three brand names

Your card says Mindset Coach. Your About page says Alignment Coach. Google shows one of your TikToks under the name Aysia Life Transition Coach. Your Instagram name says Wellness. The brand is Alignedlife on your card, Aligned Life Oasis in Google, and Aligned Life Growth on your coaching service page.

Fix: pick one title and one brand name, then use them on every profile, your card and the site.

04

None of the four Reels I opened ask for anything

The croissant, Ladurée, September reflections and the July "few bad days" Reel. No coaching mention, and no "link in bio." Your bio has the Calendly link. The posts never send anyone to it.

Fix: one ask per post, and one pinned post that says who you help and how to start.
