The First 90 Days · August 2026 · Confidential
Prepared for Build & Burn Fitness · East Stroudsburg, PA

Three filming days. Three waves of work. One goal.

This is the map above the other documents. The shot sheet holds the founders day down to the hour, the content plan holds the calendar week by week. This page holds the order: what each of the first three months is for, what ships in each, and what we check at day 30, 60 and 90.

How to read this page: each month has one filming day, one release wave, and one thing it proves. Month one introduces the people. Month two proves the room works. Month three widens to the roster and the events. Nothing here repeats the shot sheet or the content plan; where the detail lives elsewhere, this page links to it.
01 · The Shape of It

Why This Order

The account has proof of the gym everywhere except the two people who built it. So the introductions come first, the member proof comes second, and the wider roster comes third, once the coaches have told us how they want to be covered.

150
members today, so the proof already trains in the building
12
new members a month, the goal you set, not a number we promise
~40
members’ worth of room at twenty sessions per coach, so the goal fits the building

Our job in these 90 days is the pipeline: a steady, published answer to who runs this gym, what the room is actually like, and what happens at a consult. Every piece exists to make the next consult easier to book and easier to close. Whether twelve a month lands is decided in the room, by you. What we control is that nobody researching you finds a quiet account again.

02 · Days 1–30

The Founders Month

One filming day at Eagles Glen builds the whole first wave. The people who own the gym finally show up on the account that carries its name.

Filming day one: the founders day

Day 1
  • Emily solo, then Joe solo, then the two together. Five identical questions each, asked apart, plus the three interlock questions neither hears the other answer. The two-answer cuts write themselves in the edit.
  • The four-person room and the objection set, filmed the same day, so month one publishes proof alongside the introductions.
  • The trend block: the founder formats and wider-floor pieces from the shot sheet, banked in one afternoon while we have the room.

The release wave

Weeks 1–4
  • Week 1, Emily. Her story, on the business account, with the collab invite to her personal account so both audiences see one post.
  • Week 2, Joe. Same structure, his story.
  • Week 3, together. The piece filmed last releases third, once people know each of them separately.
  • Week 4, the two-answer cut. The interlock questions cut against each other. This is the piece the other three set up.
  • Around them: two to three posts a week from the banked material, one Google Business Profile post a week, verticals to TikTok the same day.

The foundations

Weeks 1–2
  • YouTube stood up as the home for long form, and the first article videos published and embedded back on the articles they came from.
  • The baseline stands recorded: 28 of 60, scored in August 2026. That number does not move by argument, only by the work. Day 90 re-runs the same scorecard.
  • The grid gets a front door in week one: the account’s three best pieces pinned to the top, so a first-time visitor sees the best work first instead of whatever went out last. The pins get replaced as the founders series beats them.
  • Monthly readout at the end of week 4: what published, what performed, what changes next month. The readout states the account’s own median plays per post, and beating that median is the scoreboard, not follower count. A single post counts as a breakout when it clears roughly five times that median, and whatever clears the bar sets the next month’s topics, hooks and formats.
03 · Days 31–60

The Proof Month

Month one said who you are. Month two shows what membership is actually like, told by the people who pay for it.

Filming day two: members and the room

Day ~31
  • Member stories are the spine. First call is the member you have already put on a mic on the account; the format is proven with your own audience. Two to three stories banked, released one a week.
  • The four-person room, round two, this time following one member through a full session, walk-in to walk-out.
  • Trend formats, weeks 5 through 8: the wider-floor pieces from the shot sheet, the question loops, the forced-choice cards, the quiet-line montages. B-roll and members, not just the founders.

What month two proves

Weeks 5–8
  • Two more article videos live, four of nine done, each embedded on its article, at the one-to-two-a-month pace the deliverables page commits to.
  • TikTok fully running on the same-day vertical pipeline, no extra filming, no extra cost.
  • The first month-over-month readout. One month of consistent publishing against the account's quiet stretch before we started. We report what happened; we do not decorate it.
  • Day to day stays yours: stories, comments and DMs are Build & Burn's voice, and that is deliberate. The people asking questions are talking to the gym, not to an agency.
04 · Days 61–90

The Room and the Roster

By month three the account has founders and members on record. The last wave widens to the coaches and the events, on their terms.

Filming day three: the roster and the milestones

Day ~61
  • The coaches, covered the way they choose. We ask at kickoff how each coach wants to appear, on camera, voice only, or in the background of the floor. We do not assume. Whatever they pick, the "roster, their way" series starts here.
  • Milestones and events. The next event gets the full two-piece treatment your block party proved: the promo piece going in, the film coming out, and member interviews banked for the site while the room is full.
  • Refills: whatever month one and two revealed as the strongest formats gets shot again, deeper.

Closing the quarter

Weeks 9–13
  • Articles five and six ship, and the last three are already cut from banked masters and queued, so the website claim backlog on buildandburnfitness.com clears in the opening weeks of quarter two.
  • The day-90 re-score. Same scorecard, same categories, same grader. The gap between 28 of 60 and the new number is the quarter's report card, in writing.
  • The quarter readout: what worked, what we retire, and the month-four plan built from evidence instead of guesses.
05 · The Checkpoints

What Gets Checked, and When

No promised view counts, no promised follower counts, no promised lead counts. What we commit to is the work shipping on schedule and the honest measurement of what it did.

CheckpointWhat must be trueWhere you see it
Day 30Founders series fully released, YouTube live, first article videos up, cadence held every week.Monthly readout one
Day 60Member stories running, four of nine articles on video, TikTok pipeline routine, first month-over-month comparison.Monthly readout two
Day 90Six of nine articles on video with the rest queued, coach coverage underway as the coaches chose, re-score complete against 28 of 60.The quarter readout
One number belongs to you the whole time: twelve new members a month is your goal, and the honest link between content and consults is the question your front desk asks every new face: how did you hear about us? We will ask you to track that answer from day one, because it is the cheapest attribution system ever built.
06 · Before Day One

What We Settle at Kickoff

Six things, none of them hard, all of them better settled before the first camera comes out.

1. How each coach wants to be covered

On camera, voice only, or floor presence in the background. Asked, not assumed. Their answer shapes filming day three.

2. The roster, confirmed

Who is currently coaching and how each name and handle should appear when they do appear. We work from your list, not from what the internet suggests.

3. The YouTube handle

The channel is being stood up either way; the name on it is yours to pick before we publish to it.

4. The stale founders page

The old pre-launch page still describes a gym that has since opened and filled. It should be retired or rewritten so the story published matches the story filmed.

5. The address and phone fix

The structured data on the site still carries an old address and number. Small fix, real confusion for anyone cross-checking. Details are itemized on the deliverables page.

6. The approval rhythm

Who at Build & Burn approves posts, and how fast. One name and a same-week habit keeps the calendar honest.

The short version

Month one puts the founders on the record. Month two lets the members prove the room. Month three widens to the roster and the events, and closes with the same scorecard that opened the engagement. Three filming days, thirteen weeks of publishing, and a number at the end that neither of us can argue with.
