Existing project context
The local venue workbook and planning document informed the shortlist and historical goals. The workbook contains 95 prospect rows, not 96 unique verified venues. Individual claims still need current source checks. Private contacts, mail details and internal handoff records are not included in this portal.
Review limits
This is a sampled public-presence review, not an exhaustive content audit. Full sets, every carousel slide, Stories, Discord, TikTok, private Insights and booking results were not reviewed.
Musical quality, follower authenticity, audience geography, stream counts, conversion rates and earnings were not scored. The portal’s visual direction, example concepts and optional experiences are proposals for discussion. Synema’s supplied playbook is artist-authored input integrated alongside Robato’s research and recommendations. Sections drawn from it are labeled; optional Robato ideas remain proposals for discussion.
Before choosing the next step
- Name the two or three active music projects and one concrete next action for each.
- Confirm the artist’s preferred sound description from the work itself.
- Choose approved proof assets and accurate performance wording only when a moment is worth documenting.
- Confirm booking details, technical needs and any Robato production scope separately when a real opportunity exists.
