Two thousand a month.
One shoot day, and the inbox

This is the scope in writing, so that neither of us is remembering a conversation six months from now. One shoot day a month, everything cut and posted across four surfaces, and the pages, comments and messages managed inside a business day. Month to month, thirty days notice, everything in Mesko's name from day one.

01 The Scope

What the retainer covers

The foundation work happens first and is folded into month one rather than billed on top. Nobody should be paying for video while their homepage still points at the wrong county.

Weeks 1 to 3, included in month one

The Foundation

Included no separate setup fee
Happens before a camera comes out of the bag
  • Homepage title and meta rewrite, Lehigh Valley out, Poconos and Monroe County in, every page
  • Address, map and tap-to-call phone, header and footer sitewide
  • LocalBusiness structured data, so Google can read your name, address and hours
  • Google Business Profile overhaul, categories, services, attributes, Q&A seeded
  • Citation cleanup, YellowPages hours and dead link, the Procore phone number, the Angi claim, LinkedIn, one consistent name
  • Social links wired both directions, site to Facebook and Instagram, and back
  • Consult form upgraded, email, service type, photo upload
  • Emergency service and ADAS written onto the site, both currently invisible
  • A starter photo set for the Google profile
  • A written punch list of anything I could not fix, yours either way
Why this comes first: every item is permanent, none of it depends on a camera, and all of it is worthless if it happens after the content. There is no point sending traffic to a page that cannot take a booking. Originally quoted at $700 as a standalone. Starting on the retainer, it is folded into month one.
Every month, the engine

Content & Community

$2,000 per month
Month to month, 30 days notice, you own everything
  • One shoot day a month, 6 to 8 hours on your sites, roughly half residential and half auto glass, built around real jobs
  • Three posts a week, published by R0BATO, one vertical video, one job piece, one Google Post
  • One long-form video every two weeks, published to the YouTube channel you do not have yet and neither does any market peer in the county. It is hosted on YouTube, so whoever runs the site can embed it on any page they like without us touching the site or it costing you hosting.
  • Your pages managed, every business day, every comment, direct message, Facebook message and new Google review answered inside a business day, including the bad ones. Anything needing a real answer from Mesko comes to you the same day with a holding reply already posted, so nobody is left standing there
  • Google Business Profile kept live, fresh photos monthly, weekly Posts, Q&A maintained
  • Written recommendations for the site, page titles, service-area copy, which video belongs on which page. Handed to whoever builds and hosts it. Recommendations only, and it costs you nothing either way
  • A monthly report in plain English, the same six categories re-scored against the 29 baseline, plus next month's shot list
  • You keep posting to your own accounts on top of this, whenever you want
You are paying for the distribution and the inbox, not the camera. A monthly day keeps the footage current, lets us react to whatever job is actually going in, and means a gap like the one from 2 July to today cannot happen.
If you want to move faster than thisThe retainer is deliberately one shoot day. The three levers that actually change output, in the order they are worth pulling: a second shoot day in the month, which roughly doubles the footage bank and is the difference between reacting to one job and covering a whole week of them; a second shooter on a day, so a single install gets covered from two angles instead of one and the commercial work stops looking like phone footage; and stepping the published cadence up from three posts a week to four or five across the platforms. None of it is in this number and none of it is needed to start. Ask when the calendar and the crew can absorb it, and it gets quoted off the rate card rather than invented on the spot.
The signed agreement is the governing documentThis page is the plain-English version of the scope. The Content System Services Agreement between Robato Media LLC and Mesko Glass Co. Inc. is what actually governs, and where the two differ the agreement wins. Production is anchored at the 314 Washington Street showroom, your job sites and the auto glass bay.
What is deliberately not in herePaid advertising. Nobody in Monroe County glass is running a single Meta ad and the lane is empty, but ad spend is a separate decision with a separate budget and I would rather earn the organic ground first. If we go there it is quoted on its own, and Google Local Services Ads are not available for auto glass at all, whatever anyone tells you.

03 The Math

What it has to beat

I am not going to promise you leads. Here is the arithmetic you can hold me to instead.

Every month

Shoot daysOne, 6 to 8 hours

Long-form video2
Jobs needed to cover itSmall handful
Every asset stays yours and keeps working long after the month it was made. A shower install filmed in September is still selling shower installs the following June.

Comments and messages handledEvery business day
Setup feeNone
Against a market where the leading independent has 31 reviews and no website, and no locally owned glass company in the county has filmed anything at all.
What I will not doGuarantee a ranking or a revenue number. Anyone who does is guessing. What I will commit to is behavior: the work gets done on schedule, the report tells you the truth, and you can leave with thirty days notice.
04 Optional

Add-ons, only if you want them

The 68-Year Film

Quoted separately

The founder story, the archive photos, the iconic building, three generations on camera. An anchor documentary timed to run into the 70th anniversary in February 2028. The one thing no market peer in this county can copy.

Recruitment video

Quoted separately

You posted a shower glass installer role at $22.78 to $27.44 an hour, willing to train the right person. Labor is a real ceiling on growth and almost nobody in the trades makes hiring video.

Extra shoots & event coverage

Flat add-on

Beyond the monthly shoot day: a big commercial job, a PBA event or Home Show, a community event, a customer story worth its own piece. Local always, so no travel line on any invoice.

Google Local Services Ads

Quoted separately

Confirmed against Google's own eligible-category list on 15 August: "window repair services" is eligible and auto glass is not. So the Google Guaranteed badge is available to the residential side only. No Monroe County glass market peer appears to hold it. Worth testing once the profile is properly built.

05 The Inbox

What "managing the pages" actually means

You asked about this specifically, so here it is in full rather than as one bullet. It is the part of the retainer that runs every day whether or not a camera comes out.

What comes inWhat we do with itWhen
A comment on a postAnswered. Questions get a real answer, compliments get thanked, and the thread stays alive rather than dying at one replySame business day
A direct message or page messageAnswered, and pointed at your phone number or the form if it is a job enquirySame business day
A new Google review, five starThanked by name, in your voice, the way you already do itSame business day
A new Google review, one starAnswered calmly and without defensiveness, and flagged to you immediatelySame day, and you hear about it first
Anything needing a real answer from MeskoHolding reply posted so the customer is acknowledged, then forwarded to youSame day
Someone asking a price or a lead timeNot answered by us. Directed to you. We do not quote, we do not commit dates, and we do not make claims about your workForwarded immediately
Why the last row is a feature and not a limitation. The fastest way to damage a 68-year reputation is for someone who is not Mesko to quote a price or promise a Tuesday. So the line is drawn in writing in the agreement: we answer, we thank, we direct, we defuse. We do not price, promise, or argue. Everything past that line reaches you the same day with the customer already acknowledged.
Where this can go later, if it earns itRight now this covers Facebook, Instagram, the Google Business Profile and YouTube, at three posts a week. There is room above that and it is worth naming so it is not a surprise conversation in six months.

More surfaces. TikTok, where Ultimate Auto Glass already is. Nextdoor, which matters more than LinkedIn for a residential trade in a county of neighbourhood associations. Yelp. LinkedIn for the commercial glazing side. Each one is a real audience and each one is more inbox.

More cadence. Three posts a week becomes five or six once there is enough material in the bank to feed it, which is a function of shoot days rather than effort.

More production. A second shoot day a month. Event coverage for the PBA Home Show. The 70th anniversary film in February 2028.

Paid. Nobody in Monroe County glass is running a single Meta ad. That lane is empty and it will not stay empty.

None of that is quoted here and none of it is being sold today. The honest trigger is the same for all of it: when the four surfaces we have are working and there is more material than the calendar can carry. Adding a fifth platform to a page that went dark for six weeks would have been the wrong answer, and adding one to a page posting three times a week with an answered inbox is a real conversation. Ask me then and I will price it.
06 Straight Answers

The questions I would ask

What does month one actually look like?

Weeks one to three are the foundation: title tags, the address, schema, citations, the form, the Google profile, and claiming the accounts nobody at Mesko has claimed. None of it is glamorous and all of it is permanent. The first shoot day lands somewhere in weeks three to four once there is a job worth building it around. Posting starts before the shoot day, using the material already on your phones, because the accounts have been dark since 2 July and that gap should close in week one rather than week four.

Who is actually doing the work?

Me. I shoot it, I cut it, I write it, I post it. You are not being handed to a junior. That is also the limit on how many clients I take.

How much of my time does this cost?

One 6 to 8 hour day a month, and I would rather film you working than have you sit for interviews. Everything between the shoot days happens without you. You already sat for a 30-minute podcast with YMI in May, so I know the camera is not the obstacle. The only ongoing ask is notice: when a good job is going in, tell me two days ahead. That single habit is worth more than anything else you could do.

What if I hate being on camera?

Then you barely are. Glass is a visual trade and most of the strongest material is the work itself: the install, the finish, the before and after. Your people can carry a lot of it. Your lead shower door tech has a nickname worth putting on camera all by itself.

Do I have to redo the website to start?

No, and it is a separate decision on its own timeline. The engine stands on its own. I lean toward the rebuild because three of the biggest audit findings are things a new site fixes by construction rather than by patching, and because you see the whole thing live before paying anything. If you would rather fix what you have, that work is inside month one and it may be entirely enough.

Do I own everything?

Yes. Footage, photos, accounts, profiles, pages, all of it in your name from day one. If we part ways you take the whole library with you. Nothing is held hostage.

What happens if it does not work?

Month to month, thirty days notice, and you keep everything produced. I would rather you leave than resent a contract. Give it four months before judging it, though. Months one and two are foundation and inventory, and the compounding starts around month four. I would rather tell you that now than have you expect it in week three.

Who has the passwords?

You do. Everything is created in Mesko's name with your email as owner and me added as a manager. Your two 2020 auto glass spots are the reason this matters: you paid for them and they are sitting on a production vendor's YouTube channel with 36 views, outside your control. That does not happen again.

07 The Website

The website is handled without us

The same Marketta build that was in your original packet, now confirmed as the route. The build is a separate deal, quoted and billed by Marketta. What happens to the site after it goes live is ours, and it is already inside the monthly fee.

The short version. Marketta owns the box. We own what goes in it, and we already have back-end access to do it. A website that is technically perfect and never changes is the situation you are in now, which is why the audit scores the site a 4 and not a 9. The fix is not only a rebuild, it is somebody putting new work on it every month, and that is the same shoot day and the same calendar already paying for the social side. Nothing routes back through Marketta to get published.
What we hand Marketta, freeSection 14 of the audit is a written punch list of everything wrong with the current site, item by item, with the exact copy where it matters. That goes to them at no charge, whether or not they rebuild. It came out of work already done and it is yours either way. No website pricing appears anywhere in this portal, because the build is not ours to quote.
The one sequencing ruleA service-area page for Bartonsville or Mount Pocono is worth very little until there is real footage from a real job in that town on it. That is exactly what Glass Doctor's 22 city pages do not have. Marketta builds the page, we fill it, so their schedule follows the shoot day rather than running ahead of it. One conversation between the three of us in week one settles the order.
08 The BNI Part

Since we're in the same room

I would rather say it than pretend

We are in the same chapter every week, which cuts both ways. It means you can find me easily if something goes wrong, and it means I have a reputation in that room to protect, so I am not going to oversell you.

It also means you will hear about problems from me before you hear about them from anyone else. The two corrections in the audit, the Safelite comparison and the review count I took off a stale aggregator, are the first example. I got both of those wrong in the pitch and I have printed both of them rather than quietly reprinting the page. That is the standard for every report from here.
