Digital Presence Audit
Re-verified 15 August 2026
Prepared for Eric Mesko, East Stroudsburg, PA

Sixty-eight years of proof.
And almost none of it is online

Mesko has the hardest thing in this business to build and the easiest to waste: a reputation people will vouch for in public. 363 Google reviews at 4.8 stars. Three generations. An A+ with the BBB. What it does not have is a photo of the work, a street address on its own contact page, or a homepage that tells Google it is in the Poconos.

01 Box Score

The Scoreboard

Digital presence scored across six categories, ten points each. This measures what has been built online so far, not the quality of the work that leaves the shop.

Read this the right way A 29 out of 60 says nothing about Mesko Glass. You have run this since 1958, you are the third generation, and 363 people took the time to publicly say you did right by them. Nobody can buy that. The score measures only what has been built online, and the shape of it is the whole story: you are elite at earning trust and worst-in-market at capturing it. Reviews score a 9. Lead capture scores a 3. Every stranger those reviews send to your website lands on a page they cannot convert on. I scored seven competitors on the same six categories, section 04, so you can see exactly where that puts you.
The score moved between the pitch and the signature, and I am not going to quietly reprint itOn 29 July I showed you 33 / 60. I re-pulled every figure live on 15 August and it is now 29 / 60. Two things happened, and they went in opposite directions. Your reputation got better: Google is 4.8 stars on 363 reviews, not the 4.6 on 281 I quoted, because I had taken that pair off Birdeye, which blends Google with Facebook and Yellow Pages and whose Google slice was 82 reviews stale. That is on me and it understated you. Your distribution got worse: Facebook and Instagram both stopped dead on 2 July and have not posted in 44 days, and there is now zero video on either account across the last 90 days. So Social Presence drops from 6 to 4 and Content & Video drops from 5 to 3. This is the honest baseline we start from and the number every monthly report gets measured against.
02 The Headline

Your homepage is aimed at the one market you cannot win

The strangest thing in the whole audit, and it is not a mistake. It is a strategy, and I think it is the wrong one. Fixing it is Marketta's job, not mine. This section is the argument for why, so they are building against a decision rather than a guess.

Page titles as indexed by Google, www.meskoglasscompany.com, checked 29 July 2026
Homepage "Lehigh Valley Commercial, Residential & Auto Glass - Mesko Glass Company" Interior pages "About « Mesko Glass Company" "Residential « Mesko Glass Company" "Commercial « Mesko Glass Company"
Your own About, Contact and Services pages say you serve "the Poconos, Lehigh Valley, New Jersey and beyond since 1958," and you are a dues-paying member of the Lehigh Valley Builders Association under your East Stroudsburg address. So the title is deliberate. You are deliberately going after Allentown.

The problem is who is already there

Mesko Glass & Mirror, a separate company out of Scranton, has had a physical Allentown branch at 171 Lloyd Street since about 1998. Five locations, 100-plus employees, 55 vehicles. They also title their homepage "Mesko Glass Company." Google weighs proximity heavily in local results, so in an Allentown search the business with an Allentown address wins, every time.

The name collision makes it worse

Neither company owns a trademark on the name, so both use it freely. A Lehigh Valley searcher who lands on your site and then sees a Mesko with an Allentown address has no way to tell you apart, and will pick the one they can drive to. Every impression you win up there risks handing them the call.

Meanwhile the Poconos is unclaimed

Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg, Poconos and Monroe County appear in none of your page titles. You are the 68-year incumbent here, you have the only showroom, and your most valuable SEO asset says nothing about it.

Every interior page is a template default

"About « Mesko Glass Company" and so on. No location, no service keywords, nothing. Whoever hand-wrote the homepage title never touched the rest of the site.

The honest recommendation, to hand to MarkettaDo not abandon the Lehigh Valley, you clearly sell there and you pay to belong there. Stop spending your homepage on it. Put the Poconos in the title where you are unbeatable, and go after Allentown with dedicated service-area pages that can rank on their own merits without putting you in a head-to-head brand fight you are structurally set up to lose. Full punch list in section 14.
03 What's Already Working

The reputation is not the problem

Worth saying first, because most audits open with a list of failures. Yours does not. This is the strongest review position of any operator I have looked at in Monroe County.

A 9 out of 10 you already earned

Most local operators never finish this part. You did, and you are still doing it, which is rarer.

All 60 of the most recent reviews have an owner reply, including both one-stars, answered without defensiveness. Most businesses do not manage 20%.

Customers name your people

Reviews volunteer Eric, Matt, John, Zach, Adam, Darius, Mike and Jeff by name. Nobody does that for a company they feel nothing about.

The praise is specific, not generic

"Professional" appears in 17 of the last 51 review texts. The second most common theme is not price or speed, it is cleaning up after the job, mentioned 8 times. You are not selling that anywhere.

A+ with the BBB since 2010

PA license PA014543, incorporated 1981, business started February 1958. Not BBB accredited, which is a paid membership and a separate decision. The A+ stands on its own.

"Stop! You found your window door company."
Darven Peterson, 5★ Google, January 2026
"The gentleman that installed the glass for me was very professional. He took into consideration our new carpets and had a second pair of clean shoes so not to track in any dirt."
Pete Smith, 5★ Google, February 2026
"My wife was driving home and she got hit by a deer, that's right, the deer hit her. Called Mesko Glass, not only did they have the windshield and driver side window, they got me in first thing in the morning... this company is one of the honest companies we have around here."
William Baumgartner, Facebook, December 2025
"They came to our home to take laser measurements, so that it would be a perfect fit, and it is!!!"
Janice Mowrey, 5★ Google, March 2026
Every one of those is a finished script. The deer story alone is a 45-second video that would beat anything an agency could write for you, and it already happened.
One honest caveatThe reviews are verified. What I could not see from outside is the profile behind them: photo count, whether Google Posts are being used, and whether Q&A is answered. Given the website has zero photos, my guess is the profile is thin, but that is a guess and it needs a live look before either of us treats it as fact.
04 The Scorecard

Everybody, scored the same way

Same six categories, same ten points each, applied to every glass company competing in or into Monroe County. This is where you actually stand.

Fifth of eight, down one from July. Valley Glass did not improve; you went quiet. The three above them are a national, a franchise and the Scranton company using your name, all with a marketing department. Among independent local shops you are first on reputation and last but one on the ability to do anything with it. Nothing in this table is out of reach. Two of the six columns are already fixed by simply posting again.

You win reviews about ten to one

363 Google reviews against Ultimate Auto Glass at 31, Clear Choice at 72, Valley Glass at roughly 1. The only company in the market with more is Safelite at 437, and on Google their rating is 4.4 to your 4.8. This is a moat and it took 68 years to dig, and it is still getting deeper at roughly ten reviews a month without anyone working on it.

You lose lead capture to everyone with a website

A 3 out of 10. Glass Doctor scores a 9: appointment scheduling, estimate form, callback request, SMS opt-in. Safelite scores a 10. You are sending best-in-market trust to a page a visitor cannot act on. Highest-return fix on this page.

A shop with no website out-follows you nearly eight to one

Ultimate Auto Glass has 6,329 Facebook followers to your 817, and 906 people "talking about" their page versus 3 for yours. Thirty-one reviews. No website at all. A TikTok account you do not have. They are simply louder where Poconos drivers actually spend their time, and it is the single most important number in this document.

Nobody in this market is buying ads

Checked all seven Facebook pages: not one is running a single Meta ad. The paid lane in Monroe County glass is completely empty. That is unusual and it will not last.

05 The Listings

Four phone numbers, two sets of hours

Google cross-checks your details across the web. When the web disagrees with itself, it trusts the listing less. Yours disagrees in some expensive places.

WhereWhat it saysWhy it costs you
YellowPagesHours Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat 9-1. Website field points to a localsearch.com page, not your domainYou are closed weekends. Someone drives to the showroom Saturday morning and finds a locked door. The citation also sends traffic to a dead end
Procore (B2B)Phone (570) 457-1700That is a Scranton exchange. It is not your number. General contractors sourcing commercial glazing are getting someone else's phone
Angi4.7★, 9 reviews, newest from 2017. States you offer no free estimates and no warrantiesNine years stale, and almost certainly an unmanaged default that is actively turning people away
RocketReach(570) 421-6622A fourth number in circulation
BBB vs YellowPagesFax (570) 213-0366 vs (570) 421-2354Two different fax numbers on record
LinkedInTwo company pages existSplit followers, neither built out, and one is easily confused with the Scranton company
NameSeven-plus variants in circulationFrom "Mesko Glass Co Inc" to "Mesko Glass Company=HQ". Consistency is a ranking signal
The one clean element: 314 Washington St is consistent everywhere it appears. Which is exactly what makes its absence from your own website so strange.
06 The Standings

Pick the right fight

Auto glass and residential glass in Monroe County are two completely different competitive situations. The difference should decide where every dollar goes.

4Ultimate Auto Glass, E. Stroudsburg4.8★31Social only, 6,329 FB followers
I owe you a correction here, and it is in your favour. In July I put Safelite Stroudsburg at 4.8 on 1,007 reviews. That is Safelite's own first-party survey number off their website, where every customer gets prompted. On Google, apples to apples, Safelite Stroudsburg is 4.4 stars on 437 reviews. You are 4.8 on 363. You beat the national on rating and you are 74 reviews behind them on volume, growing at about ten a month. That is a far stronger position than I described to you in July, and the whole auto glass lane now has its own page: The Auto Glass Play.

Residential & Commercial Glass, Monroe County

4Valley Glass & Copper Works, HawleyThree testimonials, no gallery, different countyNone
When I pulled the Angi and HomeAdvisor "Glass & Mirrors" lists for Stroudsburg, East Stroudsburg and Mount Pocono, they were padded with contractors from Old Forge, Baltimore, Vienna VA, Lodi NJ, Mount Laurel NJ and Stamford, Connecticut. The directories are importing out-of-state firms because nobody local is filling the page. You are local, you have 363 reviews, and you are not in that listing.

This is the whole strategy in one line

Do not try to out-spend a national. Out-local them. Take the residential and commercial lane sitting empty in your own county, and fight for auto glass on the two things Safelite structurally cannot claim: sixty-eight years of local ownership, and independence from the company that now administers State Farm's glass claims.

You asked for auto glass and residential to run side by side. That is the right call and the corrected Safelite numbers are why. Both lanes get roughly half the shoot day and half the calendar.

07 The Silence

Both accounts stopped on the same day

This is the finding I would want to know about first if it were my company.

44
Days since either account posted anything
Facebook and Instagram both went dark on 2 July 2026, on the same post, the Ertle dealership curtain wall in Bartonsville. Nothing since, on either platform, as of 15 August.

Same day means one person

Two accounts stopping on the identical post on the identical date is not a coincidence, it is one operator. Whoever that is either got busy, left, or ran out of things to post. I need to know which before we take the keys, because if it is a person still on your payroll they should be in the loop rather than find out from a schedule.

Six weeks is enough for Google to notice

Not on rankings directly, but the Google Business Profile, Facebook and Instagram are the three surfaces a Poconos homeowner checks between reading your reviews and dialling. Two of the three are visibly stale for the entire back half of summer, which is the middle of your shower-door and storefront season.

The last post was your best asset

The thing you went dark on was commercial curtain wall on a car dealership, the highest-ticket, lowest-competition work you do, on a building every local driver will pass for thirty years. One photo. Nine reactions. That job was worth a week of content and it got a single frame.

This ends on day one

The retainer covers the calendar, the posting and the inbox. A gap like this cannot happen again because the schedule exists whether or not anyone at Mesko has a free afternoon, which is the entire mechanical difference between having a marketing partner and having good intentions.

08 Platform by Platform

Every account, graded, with the fix

Including the four you may not know exist.

Facebook

C
817 likes, 51 check-ins, 14 reviews, 100% recommend

Your strongest owned channel and the only one with any real audience. Page created January 2014. Reviews at 100% recommend. Business email and the 314 Washington Street address are both listed correctly, which is more than the website manages. Not running a single ad, and neither is anyone else in this market.

What we doRestart at three posts a week. Reels get priority over static. Every comment and message answered inside a business day. The 51 check-ins mean people are physically at your showroom and telling Facebook about it, so the showroom needs to be worth photographing.

Instagram

D
120 followers, 126 following, 125 posts

Bio still reads "the Poconos, Lehigh Valley and North Jersey since 1958," which is the same Lehigh-Valley-first instinct as the homepage title. No business category set at all, which is a free field the Scranton account has filled in and you have not. Link points at the homepage rather than anything actionable.

What we doSet the business category to Glass & Mirror Shop. Rewrite the bio Poconos-first with the phone number. Change the link to a page a person can book from. Then post, which is the only one of the four that actually costs anything.

YouTube

F
No channel, see section 09

You do not have one. Two auto glass spots you paid for in 2020 sit on your production vendor's channel with 36 and 41 views. The 30-minute podcast Eric recorded lives on YMI Insurance's channel. No locally owned glass company in Monroe County has a channel, which is the single cleanest opening in this entire portfolio.

What we doOpen it in Mesko's name in week one. It becomes the home for long-form: full installs, the insurance explainer, the commercial portfolio, and eventually the 70th anniversary film.

LinkedIn

D−
Two duplicate company pages, neither built

There is a /company/meskoglass and a /company/mesko-glass-co-inc, both apparently yours, splitting whatever follows you have. A third, /company/mesko-glass, is the Scranton company. LinkedIn blocks automated reading so I could not pull follower counts and I am not going to guess at them.

What we doMerge or claim down to one page. This matters less for homeowners and a lot for commercial glazing, because the GCs and property managers who award curtain wall work live here and on Procore.

Nextdoor

D
Page exists, claimed status unknown

There is a Mesko Glass page at nextdoor.com. Nextdoor blocks automated reading, so recommendation count and whether anyone at Mesko has ever claimed it are both unknown. For a residential trade in a county of neighbourhood associations and second-home developments, this is a more valuable surface than LinkedIn.

What we doClaim it, check the recommendations, and set up the neighbourhood sponsorship in the Stroudsburg and East Stroudsburg feeds. Cheap, local, and nobody else in the category is there.

TikTok

F
No account, Ultimate Auto Glass has one

Not a criticism, a note. Your closest social competitor runs @1ultimateautoglass and you do not exist there. Glass is unusually good short-form material and the auto glass audience skews younger than the shower door audience.

What we doNothing in month one. Once the shoot day is producing vertical footage anyway, the marginal cost of a fourth destination is close to zero. Revisit in month three.
09 The YouTube Situation

Your video is on other people's channels

You mentioned you had a YouTube page. I went looking properly. Here is everything that exists, and none of it is yours.

Read the bottom row again. A sixteen-second clip of a truck you sold, posted by a stranger who is fond of it, has more views than every piece of Mesko-branded video on YouTube combined, roughly seven times over. He did not have a budget, a script or an agency. He had a Mesko truck and an opinion about it. That is what the brand is worth in this county when somebody actually points a camera at it.
The practical partTwo of these are yours by any reasonable reading, and neither is in your control. Getting the 2020 spots re-uploaded to a Mesko channel is a polite email to eRiginal, not a legal matter, and it takes the channel from empty to having something in it on day one. The YMI episode should be embedded on the About page rather than left to sit at 30 views. Everything we make from here goes up on a channel with Mesko's name on the login.

Angi is costing you real money

Someone comparison-shopping shower doors who lands on your Angi page reads "no free estimates, no warranties" and nine reviews from a decade ago. That is an unmanaged default and it is the worst representation of Mesko anywhere on the internet.

Birdeye is why I quoted you the wrong number

I took 4.6 and 281 off Birdeye in July without checking that it was a blend and that its Google slice was 82 reviews behind. That is my error and it made you look worse than you are. From here every review figure in your reports comes off Google directly with the date on it.

None of this is social media work, and all of it is the same job

Managing the pages means managing what the internet says about you, not just what you say about yourself. Reviews, comments, messages, directory listings and junk scrapers all live in the same inbox. That is inside the retainer.

11 The Opening

Nobody in this county films glass

I checked every glass company I could find in Monroe County. This is the complete list of local video being produced.

Why this is good news

Glass is one of the most visual trades there is. A frameless shower enclosure, a glass railing, a storefront going in, a windshield being set. It is all watchable, and not one company in this county is filming any of it.

You are not late. You are early, in a market where the second-best competitor has zero reviews and a dead website.

0
YouTube channels, any Monroe County glass co.
0
Local shower, railing or storefront installs filmed
1
Franchise promo video, auto glass only, not made here

You have already proven you will do this

In May you sat for a 30-minute podcast with YMI Insurance about the company history and, in their words, "the iconic building so many locals recognize." The camera is not the obstacle.

Someone else already made a video about you

A local flooring company published a Vendor Spotlight on Mesko Glass. A partner thought your story was worth filming and you never matched it.

The story nobody else can tell

Edward Eugene Mesko started this in February 1958 selling paint and cutting glass. It grew through the Pocono boom. Third generation runs it now. Safelite and Glass Doctor structurally cannot tell that story, because they are franchises.

And there is a clock on it

February 2028 is the 70th anniversary. Archive photos, the founder's story, the original building, the people who remember it. That material wants gathering while the people who lived it are the ones telling it.

12 The Unfair Advantage

You run the room already

This is the biggest thing in the audit and it has nothing to do with your website.

2026 President, Pocono Builders Association

You are not a glass shop hoping builders notice you. You are the elected head of the Monroe County building trade. Sitting on your board and in your membership: Blue Ridge Lumber, 84 Lumber, RGB Custom Home Builders, Rinehimer Construction, GAK Construction, R.W. Buff, Nauman Contracting, Xavier Construction, Shine Hill Stone, Spread Eagle Development, plus First Keystone Bank, Peoples Security Bank and Movement Mortgage.

Every one of those builders puts glass in something. Every one of them already knows your name and took your call before you dialed. No competitor in this county can manufacture that, at any budget.

0
Videos of you in that role
0
Commercial portfolio pieces
0
Builder testimonials online

The commercial lane is the real prize

Curtain wall and glazed assemblies is your highest-ticket, lowest-competition work. You are currently documenting it with one Instagram photo of the Ertle job. The people who award that work are in a room you chair.

Builder-facing content nobody else can make

A "glass, from spec to installed" series aimed at builders and GCs. Lead times, what to spec, what goes wrong when glass is ordered late. That is association-president content, not vendor content, and it converts because of who is saying it.

Your Procore listing has the wrong phone

Worth repeating here. The B2B directory contractors actually use to source subs carries a Scranton exchange that is not your number. Fix that before any of this reaches a GC.

Recruitment lands differently from a president

You posted a shower glass installer role at $22.78 to $27.44, willing to train. A hiring video from the head of the builders association reaches every trade family in the county at once.

If you only do one thingFilm the commercial side and aim it at your own membership. You already have the audience, the authority and the room. What is missing is the footage.
13 The Game Plan

The first 90 days

Ordered by return per hour, not by what is most fun to build. This is the summary; the live version with every task, owner and checkbox is on the roadmap.

Days 1-21
Foundation
  • Rewrite the title tag, Lehigh Valley out, Poconos and Monroe County in, Marketta, spec in section 14
  • Address, embedded map and tap-to-call phone on every page, Marketta
  • LocalBusiness structured data so Google can actually read you, Marketta
  • Consult form upgraded with email, service type and photo upload, Marketta
  • Emergency service and ADAS calibration written onto the site, R0BATO, once you confirm the ADAS answer
  • Citation cleanup, which is ours: YellowPages hours and dead link, the Procore phone number, the Angi claim, the duplicate LinkedIn pages, Nextdoor and Yelp claimed, the junk scraper listing removed, one consistent name, R0BATO
  • Posting restarts in week one, before any of the above is finished, R0BATO
Days 14-30
The Profile
  • Confirm who holds the Google Business Profile login, the most common nasty surprise in this whole process
  • Rebuild categories and services, which third parties currently have as "Cabinetry" and "Storm Window Repair"
  • Load the first real photo batch: showroom, storefront, trucks, a finished enclosure
  • Seed Q&A with the answers already on your site: lead times, install duration, insurance handling, showroom hours
  • Start weekly Posts, the least-used free feature in local search
  • Keep the review habit exactly as it is, do not change a thing here
Days 30-45
First Shoot
  • One day on site, built around a real job, ideally a shower enclosure install
  • The showroom shot properly for the first time
  • The finish comparison set: chrome, brushed nickel, oil-rubbed bronze, framed against frameless
  • The insurance explainer, in your own words, on camera
  • The "what actually happens after you call" piece that defuses your only complaint pattern
  • Archive photographs copied, the most time-sensitive item in this document
Days 45-90
Distribution
  • Open the YouTube channel nobody in this county has, and pull your two 2020 spots off the vendor's account onto it
  • First long-form: a full shower enclosure install, start to finish
  • Weekly clips to Facebook, Instagram and Google Posts, plus every comment and DM answered inside a business day
  • First two service-area pages suggested in writing, with the footage from shoot day one ready for whoever builds them
  • Commercial portfolio started, beginning with Ertle in Bartonsville
  • Membership program: whatever Mesko finalises, we build the launch campaign around it
  • Baseline re-scored against this page, honest report, month two planned
Two teams, one sequence. The website is handled outside this retainer, by whoever you have on it. R0BATO owns the parts that never touch the site: the filming, the short-form and long-form edits, your YouTube channel, social, the Google profile and the inbox. Anything to do with the site itself is written up as a recommendation and handed over, and long-form sits on YouTube so it can be embedded on any page without us going near the build. The only real dependency runs one way: a service-area page is worthless until there is footage from that town to put on it, so the build is worth scheduling after a shoot day rather than before one. Posting restarts in week one regardless.
14 The Site

What we would suggest to whoever owns the site

The website is handled outside this retainer. Nothing below is work R0BATO is doing. It is a written list of recommendations for whoever owns the site, handed over as one document rather than a conversation, every item specific and none of it guesswork. Take it, ignore it, or pass it straight to your web people.

The phone number lives on one page Suggested

(570) 421-5260 appears on the Contact page only. It should be in the header of every page, tap-to-call on mobile, where a person with a broken storefront can hit it in one thumb press.

05

Zero service-area pages Suggested

Glass Doctor runs 22 city pages. You run none. No page for Stroudsburg, Tannersville, Mount Pocono, Marshalls Creek, Bushkill, Brodheadsville, Delaware Water Gap, Saylorsburg, Sciota or Shawnee.

06

The consult form asks for two fields Suggested

Name and phone. No email, no service type, and no photo upload, so a customer with a cracked windshield cannot show you the crack. That is the cheapest conversion fix on this page.

07

Emergency service and ADAS are invisible Suggested

Angi lists you as offering emergency service and your Instagram mentions ADAS calibration. Your website says neither. Emergency is the highest-intent search in the category and Glass Doctor advertises ADAS loudly.

08

No social links, and a typo Suggested

The site never links to your Facebook or Instagram, and neither links back. Also, the homepage contains "beacuse". Thirty seconds, but it is on the page a stranger judges you by.

09 Needs a live check

Your robots.txt is refusing crawlers Suggested

Every automated request I made to the site was refused, first as "robots.txt fetch was rate limited (429)" and then as "all paths disallowed by robots.txt."

Here is the honest read. Googlebot is clearly still getting through, because your pages are indexed and their titles are showing in search results. So this is most likely blocking non-Google crawlers only, which a lot of sites now do deliberately, and in that case it is harmless. But a 429 on robots.txt is a rate-limiting symptom, not a rule, and if the server ever throws that at Googlebot your pages quietly stop getting recrawled. Two minutes in Search Console settles it. Worth doing before anything else on this list, because if it is real nothing else on the site matters.

15 Straight Talk

What to expect from any marketing partner

Including me. Now that we are working together this is the part I would rather you hold me to than forget.

Nobody can guarantee a ranking

Not me, not an agency with a nicer deck. Anyone who puts a number on it is guessing. What I can promise is behaviour: the shoot day happens, the posts ship, the comments get answered, and the monthly report tells you the truth even when the truth is that a month was flat.

Weeks 1 to 4 will feel like nothing happened

Title tags, citations, schema and profile cleanup do not ring the phone. They are the floor everything else stands on, and skipping them makes the rest not hold.

The profile moves first

Google Business Profile activity is the shortest path between a search and a phone call, so that is usually where early signal shows up. Video and service-area pages compound over months, not weeks.

You own everything

Footage, photos, accounts, profiles, pages, all of it in Mesko's name from day one. Your 2020 auto glass spots are the cautionary tale: you paid for them and they sit on a vendor's YouTube channel with 36 views. That does not happen again.

Six things I still cannot see from outside, and now I can just ask youYour Google profile from the inside (photos, Posts, Q&A, and above all who holds the login), who controls the website, your real seasonal job mix, who has been running the social accounts and why they stopped on 2 July, whether you actually perform ADAS calibration in-house, and whether the Mesko Auto Glass Company LP entity at 341 Washington Street is a live business or a paper filing. Thirty minutes together clears all six. Everything in this document that depends on one of them is labelled.

Two more I found on 15 August and could not resolve: there is a second, unmanaged Google listing called "Mesko Glass Commercial" in Brodheadsville, categorised as a warehouse, with no phone, no website, no hours and no photo. And a scraper site is publishing an invented "8.7/5 Excellent" rating for you with a mangled phone number and your business placed in Monroe County, New York. Both are on the punch list.
16 The Engagement

What we agreed

$2,000 / month
  • One shoot day a month, on your sites, built around real jobs
  • Everything cut, posted and scheduled across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Posts
  • Pages and comments managed, every comment, message and review answered inside a business day
  • Google Business Profile maintained, photos and Posts kept live
  • Monthly report scored against the 29 on this page
  • Month to month, thirty days notice, everything in Mesko's name
Where the line sits

The technical half of section 14 goes to Marketta as a separate deal: the build, titles, schema, the form, hosting. Not in our fee. The content half is ours and already inside the monthly: new sections, new pages, service-area copy, the portfolio, video on the site.

One shoot day a month is the engine. A single well-planned day on your sites produces four to six weeks of material if the shot list is written before we arrive, which is what the shoot plan is for. The rule is that the day is never wasted on figuring out what to film.
